| Summary: Adam Kelly helped my husband and I purchase a Certified Volvo XC60. He was extremely knowledgeable about each of the vehicles we drove, and communicated extremely well with us throughout the process. I felt he was transparent with us and not pushy like other car sales reps can sometimes be. The Financial Manager, Janice Gibson, was also very knowledgeable and efficient during the financing process. Thank you Capital Volvo team! |

| Summary: Have worked w Ryan over the last two months on a disabled Volvo that ultimately was deemed a totaled vehicle by insurance company. Very much appreciated the consultative approach that he took with me in figuring out best approach to deal with a difficult situation, particularly given that I did not have prior relationship with service dept at Capital Volvo Both he and Volvo tech Rodney were candid and about the potential costs associated with repair and recommended we get insurance company involved. Highly recommend |
