| Summary: My experience at crown was great! Came in looking for a corvette they had on the lot that caught my eye and was met by Gabe when checking out the corvette. Gabe had a very fun and inviting personality, I would love to buy another car from Gabe just based on his personality! Just to add, this was my first time financing a car and the whole team at crown did a really great job at making the whole process easy and breaking down everything so I understood. I would defiantly recommend this crown dealership to anyone looking for a car and will be coming back when it is time for a new one! |

| Summary: BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I bought a pacifica back in 2020 and the finance person Kenny sold me a 84 month 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty. I purchased it, $1600 dollars. Well, this past week dealing with their incompetent service people (took it in for a check engine light and was told it was fixed, drove less than 10 miles and it was BACK on - so of course, it was something else that wasnt detected the first time!), I was made aware that my warranty was EXPIRED! How could this be! I found the original paperwork and returned to the dealership this morning. According to the same Kenny in Finance - he 'forgot' that because it was a certified preowned that the 100k mile bumper 2 bumper was from the ORIGINAL sales date not the date that I purchased the vehicle. Why would I have paid $1600 for a warranty that was already 4 years into the 84 months! Definitely bad business practices. DO NOT BUY until you ask very specifically if it is from the original date or your actual purchase date. And Ken Nichols, the general manager of the location's explanation is 'well, i understand that might be what you were sold, but that isnt what should have been sold.' - so he is aware that his finance people are selling LIES and is ok with it. I will never take my vehicle back to this ILLEGITIMATE dealer again and I caution anyone reading this to be aware as well. |

| Summary: Received an e mail from the Dealership advertising a tire special, tried to call to see if they had any tires that would fit my vehicle, no answer in the service department, called back and left a message with the service department as per the voicemail and clerk who answered's instructions, no call back in the time frame between 4: 20 and the time they closed at 6:00 PM. Called the clerk back and advised her to have me removed from their e mail list as to me this is unacceptable lack of service and availability, No offer to contact a manager to resolve the issue, e mail removed and I will take my business elsewhere. |
