| Summary: Terry Robey my sales person helped me find the exact truck I was looking for. He made sure I was comfortable and wanted to make a deal I was happy with, which was a new experience for me at a car dealership.
Ken Nichols was pleasant to talk to and also wanted me to feel completely happy with the deal that was made. He went out of his way to provide me with a couple of Crown hats.
Caroline Chambers called the following Monday to see how things were going and see if I needed anything, we had left some items in the trade in and she ensured we got them back.
It was a very nice experience overall, and I would recommend this dealership if shopping for a new vehicle. |
