| Summary: I have been a long time customer of BMW of Tallahassee. My customer service rep is Ian Wyre and he is WONDERFUL to deal with, always professional, courteous, and friendly. I brought my wife's X5 in for its first annual maintenance check-up and they found a problem, got the parts ordered, did the service and return her SUV in time for our annual trip to the North Carolina mountains. I trust Ian to make it a pleasurable encounter whenever I come in for service - which honestly is not very often! The dealership is in a brand new, swanky building and Crawford Atkins, the BMW General Manager is EXCELLENT! If you have a BMW or you want a BMW, this is the dealership to go to and they will treat you like gold! |

Out. Everything was great and all my questions were answered including the new battery the vehicle needed prior to me picking it up. There were a little hiccups regarding the pick up of the vehicle, but overall, I am pleased. I would definitely go through Clayton again if I am in the market for another vehicle. |

| Summary: Ian Wyre was my service representative. I dropped off my vehicle for oil service and a restraint system light. I was in a out the door, and in a loan vehicle within 10 to 15 minutes of my arrival. Ian did a great job informing me of the services performed. Unfortunately, I had to leave my vehicle over the weekend, but I was glad I had a loaner to get around in. Ian texted me prior to the service being complete so that I could schedule a time to pick up my vehicle. |

| Summary: Just completed the lease of a 2024 BMW I5 from BMW Tallahassee. I worked with Kevin Commissiong over a period of about two months. Kevin was the most patient, understanding and personable salesperson I have dealt with. Love the car, love the dealership and would highly recommend you consider them if you are in the market for a car. I know I will go back for my next purchase/lease. |
