| Summary: I wish I could have posted a 5 Star review as today was the day that I was picking up my new car. Unfortunately when I arrived at the dealership my brand new car had electronic defects. Needless to say, I couldn't accept delivery. My car was taken in to service and I was given a loaner. The loaner car was not clean. It had sand, dirt, sticky spills throughout (I informed management at the dealer). The worst part is the fact that the car they sent me home with had dirty panties and a bra in it. I've never been treated like this before. They should be ashamed. |

| Summary: Tony Dejesus was fantastic to deal with start to finish. My original meeting with Tony was 3-4 months prior to making my decision to purchase an F-Pace. He was available to answer questions- take tests drives and did an all around fantastic job. Can't give Tony a high enough recommendation. |

| Summary: I had an AWESOME experience at Crown Jaguar!. Kat Syakov in sales was just amazing and so was Davy Jones in finance. They both were great to work with and listened to my needs. Kat was patient , friendly, and wasn't like a salesperson at all. She won me over and I love my purchase! |
