| Summary: Nicholas Brusini was wonderful to work with while looking for my next vehicle. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted (though I had a hunch I'd end up with a Kia Seltos), so I test drove a bunch of compact SUVs from dealerships in the St. Petersburg area. Nicholas came out on top for his combination of friendliness, politeness, professionalism and breadth of knowledge about the vehicle he was showing me. He took the time to go through everything with me and patiently answer all of my questions. This was refreshing since I wasn't always getting a lot of information at other dealerships. In fact, at 2 other big dealers, I was told to "look online" or read a pamphlet if I wanted to know more about an SUV I was test driving! Nicholas followed up when appropriate, but absolutely did not badger. I felt no pressure. It was a great balance of giving me the information he knew I needed and letting me know he was there if I needed more assistance with my decision. As an aside, everyone else I encountered at the Crown Kia dealership was also very friendly, which I greatly appreciated. I'd certainly recommend this dealership, and Nicholas in particular, if you're looking for a new ride! |

| Summary: I cannot say enough good things about the service department here. Tomm Burkart was so helpful during a VERY stressful time. My engine died on the road. My car is amazing and has been up and down the East coast. It has never given me any problems. It was Sunday and I called and spoke to someone at the dealership and thought the service department was closed she advised me how an after hours drop off worked. When Tomm and I spoke the next day he was helpful and worked on a positive outcome for me. He gave me his direct line so I wouldn't have to go through diffident people when I had questions or concerns. He is awesome. My issue was under warranty. He gave me an estimation of the time to repair and responded to my texts and concerns in a timely and professional manner. I always feel respected and valued. They are always so honest and professional. I highly recommend them! |
