I think this is my 10th car purchase from Omar! Buying a car can be stressful. It is a pleasure to work with Omar Rodriquez. I am a several times repeat customer. I appreciate Omars knowledge about cars, his professionalism and his customer service. He goes above and beyond even after the sale is completed. When you go to Crown Mercedes ask for Omar he will take good care of you. |

| Summary: I just wanted to let you know that my experience buying a car from Crown Euro was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I've purchased many. Everyone that I was in contact with there was very easy to work from finance, warranty, and getting title etc. done. I bought the car online from a different state and it my the first time doing that, which was a little scary. Zoltan Krempaszky my salesman was a Godsend making it basically stress free. What a privilege to work with him. He went above and beyond picking us up at the motel as we flew in from out of state. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car, his knowledge and expertise was so helpful and I had a lot of questions buying a car site unseen from out of state. I've made a new friendship at Crown Euro Cars. Thanks for the experience I don't know everyone behind the scenes but to all, God Bless, Rich. |

When I arrived at the dealership I was met by my assigned rep, Bruno Onetti , who took the time to explain everything to me and listen to my concerns. He made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area while my Mercedes was being serviced. |
