| Summary: My husband and I have now purchased five cars from Melisa Greenberg over the last decade: a Honda Odyssey minivan which was perfect for road trips with our children when they were younger, a Mercedes-Benz R-Class (LOVE), aFord 150 Lariat truck with four doors (my husbands top pick), and a Ford Explorer Platinum (nicest Explorer Ive ever seen & it was fabulous to drive across the country for my sons lacrosse tournaments). Even though my husband and I live in Springboro, Ohio, we drove to Dublin, OH when purchasing our vehicles. Melisa previously worked for Crown Mercedes-Benz on Perimeter Loop Rd. in Dublin, OH but she transferred to headquarters at Crown Eurocars in Pinellas Park, Florida (St. Petersburg area) in June 2024. My son just turned 16 so we are giving him the Ford Explorer. We feel that it is a safe and reliable car for him to drive to school and practices! Melisa has been looking for months for the perfect trade-in. She knew exactly what we wanted and would not settle. She called me on Saturday, Apill 20, 2024 with the most amazing vehicle - a 2024 Grand Highlander Plantinum with only 5,000 miles. The exterior is a matte coastal cream and the interior leather is harvest - an absolutely gorgeous color combination. We purchased it remotely using DocuSign while driving to the University of Kentucky, where my daughter will attend college in the fall. I am flying to St. Pete this weekend and driving it home. Melisa made the process seamless! She knows that with my busy teaching schedule and teenagers schedules that I have very little time to research on my own! My husband is a Director of Materials Engineering for a global company and also works as a bartender on the side. She knows that he is just as busy me & she did all of the leg work! Once she found the vehicle, she sent us videos via text, emailed the DocuSign documents, and promptly answered all questions. It literally took 15-20 minutes! I completely trust Melisa I knew that she would find a perfect car for me!! She did this right in time for my son to get his drivers license on May 9th!
My parents also purchased a Buick Enclave from Melisa. My 77-year-old father is a retired General Motors employee and Navy veteran and my mother is 74-years-young and recently retired after 52 years as a cosmetologist. They are in love with their vehicle and I personally feel relieved knowing that it is a safe and reliable car for them. My dad greatly benefits from the lane assist feature and rear-view camea at his age and my mother loves the comfort and space. It is easy for my dad to get in & out after his knee replacement & continued mobility issues. Melisa thought of every detail!
Melisa's numerous salesperson-of-the-month plaques on her desk reflect her excellent customer service!! We will always do business with Melisa! She is charismatic, quick-witted, passionate, informative and above all helpful. She's a listener and pays close attention to customers' needs; she has a strong ability to communicate clearly; she's well-informed and knowledgeable about the industry and offerings; she's thorough: committed to following through on efforts and communication; and most of all she's tustworthy: she does what she says, says what she means and keeps her word. | Summary: I recently had my GLB 250 serviced at Crown Eurocars in Pinellas Park. Mike Giordano was my advisor. He called us ahead of time to make sure that we were going there on-time. He was very polite, customer focused and detail oriented. He explained all the needed services and recommended services. We were in and out quickly. It was a really good experience.
