| Summary: Breanna Holding, Service Consultant with Audi of Clearwater, provided fantastic service on my vehicle earlier this week. Online registration was seamless, a service appointment was swiftly offered, preliminary information gathered and a quote provided prior to the service appointment. Upon arrival, the repairs were promptly completed within projected timeframe. My car was returned repaired, cleaned and included a multi-point inspection. I was offered complimentary transportation, a comfortable lounge with gourmet coffee, snacks and a workspace with secure wifi. Breanna and all Audi staff were professional, personable and wonderful. Thank you for a great experience. |

| Summary: Our experience at Audi Clearwater was great. We never felt pressured or hassled into buying our 2023 CPO Q7. Our salesman Steve Yeager was professional, friendly, courteous, and patient. He sort of made the whole buying experience fun. But we'll never forgot the extra mile he went to to retrieve a box for the key fobs. Thanks again Steve. |
