| Summary: Every encounter with Stacy Samuel is a pleasure. She goes above and beyond and keeps me well informed of my cars progress. I have been going to Walters Audi for the past 10 years. She is always helpful and kind. The other members of the service team such as Peter Younes are also kind and obliging. Though I dont enjoy taking my car in to get serviced, I know the team will take good care of me while there. |

| Summary: I have been going to Audi of Riverside for over 10 years now and have purchased and serviced multiple vehicles there.. I cant say enough about the great customer care! Stephen Garlatta in sales is beyond a salesman. He is friendly and knowledgeable and makes the whole process seamless. He goes above and beyond even when I go in for service. Peter in service is always helpful and keeps me informed throughout the service appointment. Honestly every person Ive encountered there has been awesome. Even John, the GM, helped me load my luggage into my loaner vehicle !!! |
