| Summary: I had an amazing experience at Riverside Mercedes-Benz! I went in for a Service A maintenance and for new tires, and everything went smooth from start to finish. The service department was professional, quick, and very organized.
Huge shoutout to Rachel Serna she was absolutely awesome! She kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares about great customer service like she does. I couldnt be happier with the service. If youre going to Riverside Mercedes-Benz, ask for Rachel Serna you wont be disappointed! |
