| Summary: I cant say enough good things about my experience with Justin Christian at Mercedes-Benz Riverside!
My car needed warranty work, and Justin handled everything with incredible speed and professionalism. The repair was completed much faster than I expectedno waiting around for days, and everything was done right the first time.
What really stood out was how clean the car was when I picked it up. It looked like it had just come off the showroom floorinside and out. Justin clearly takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure customers leave happy.
His communication was excellent toopolite, clear, and always friendly. If youre looking for top-notch service at Mercedes-Benz Riverside, ask for Justin Christian. Hes the real deal! Highly recommend!

| Summary: Danny Ventura is a great service adjuster. He followed through with my insurance and got my windshield replaced. Not only that, but communicated the progress throughout this period of time. He made it happen, even though dealing with insurance companies isn't always easy. He went beyond his scope of job duties, and I can 100% recommend him to anyone, and I thank him for his follow through. He also made sure I received a loaner, no waiting, no problem, efficiently. Great job, and professionalism from Danny. |
