| Summary: I had an amazing experience at Riverside Mercedes-Benz! I went in for a Service A maintenance and for new tires, and everything went smooth from start to finish. The service department was professional, quick, and very organized.
Huge shoutout to Rachel Serna she was absolutely awesome! She kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares about great customer service like she does. I couldnt be happier with the service. If youre going to Riverside Mercedes-Benz, ask for Rachel Serna you wont be disappointed! |

| Summary: We trust this place so much and Brennan is really great and reliable, quick response every time. He and his technicians take care of everything. Also the lady I dont know her name is amazing too. Since we have some trouble with the insurance and towing company, they provide the most caring help and save all the evidence for us. Actually our house is so far from this place but we trust here and we dont mind taking a long drive here to check our van. I hope everyone will love here! |
