It was disappointing to see the battery light pop up on a return trip from Palm Desert on Sunday afternoon . We pulled off the freeway in Banning and had our vehicle towed to the closest Mercedes Dealership, w... hich happened to be in Riverside. The service department was closed but the Sales staff helped us to leave the car for Monday service. Michael Ramos called us on Monday. The problem was diagnosed and Walter's Mercedes was able to effect the required repairs quickly. No one wants to have car trouble out-of-town, but I am thankful that we were close to a reliable dealership that did not take advantage of the situation. read more

This visit was a big deal for me -- I've been searching for a dependable place to service my car for the past four years. After a negative experience at a previous Mercedes-certified shop -- where it took over ... a month just to replace a brake line (a job that should realistically take no more than a couple of days) -- I was hesitant to trust another dealership. But I'm truly glad I gave this one a chance. From the moment I arrived, Ross Geiger went above and beyond. His communication was clear, consistent, and professional. He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me. I'll absolutely be returning for future service, and I'd like Ross Geiger to be my direct contact moving forward. He's earned my trust, and I'm happy to continue working with someone so dedicated to excellent customer service.
