| Summary: Justin Christian was very helpful when I had my yearly service. He broke down the costs involved and he assured I would be done at a good time to make my next appointment that day which I did. I appreciate his time and professionalism when I had concerns or questions I had as my car was being serviced throughout the day. He also followed up on my inquiry to sign up for a prepayment plan for my next service. I also need to say thank you and high praises to Kelly Sandefur who made my visit there a pleasurable one. She’s always helpful and always has my best interest whenever I stop by. It’s great to know that coming here, both car and customer service is always excellent. I already made my next year’s service. Thank you for making it a great experience. |

He personally followed up on a part that was to be replaced and kept in communication after the sale, which I appreciated. He also gave me his personal charger when the CPO car I purchased was missing one. Also shout out to Alex in service dept and Jesse in parts dept for their consistent exceptional service. |
