| Summary: Justin Christian has been a stellar service liaison at Walter's MB Riverside for me that's why I'm here to write to tell you about it. Fall of 2025 while I was overseas coordinating for a period of 2 months that we had to fight the insurance for funding to fix what I thought was legit ask. Long story short, Justin and his boss worked with me, make exceptions for keeping the car far longer than expected, in the end even though I had to pay out of pocket but I was amazed at their stellar service and workmanship. Due to that episode, after I returned back to the States, I had such confidence in their ability (honesty, competence, empathy), I gradually spend over $10k on tuning up my CLK 500 Cabriolet, from all new Pirelli tires, to new coolant system refresh with new coolant box and sensors, transmission flush and seal, 24 valve covers and seal and myriads of other mechanical tune ups, all the major performance components to manufacture spec on the M113.969 4966cc V8 legendary engine. I just drove long distance from LA to Sacramento, I'll tell you the engine is butter smooth, no vibration, powerfully responsive - tbh feels like new, CONFIDENT even on long stretch hill climb going at high speed, especially during passing. You may wonder just how real is the sales pitch that at Walters MB really is the award winning service compared to all other MB dealers? Doubt no more. Because I am one of the most cutthroat customer who does his homework and Walters passed with flying colors and Justin Christian is the man you want with his management team and his service engineer(s). I rather spend my money here than some cheaper non-certified mechanics elsewhere on my Mercedes. |

| Summary: Ok so I pulled up to the service drive to pick up my vehicle as it was finished and was immediately greeted by the super nice service greeter who took me into the service department and helped me find my advisor as this was the first time going to the service department.
My Service Advisor, JR Rodriguez was there to help me with the pick up of my vehicle. He kindly explained in detail the service that was performed on my car. Went over the paperwork and then helped me out to my car. They delivered it washed and clean on the inside. He continued to show me the work that was performed and helped me understand what they did on it.
I really had a great experience with this dealership and appreciate the excellent experience that I had. Thank you. |
