Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside (yes, the one in Riverside, CA) delivers exactly that and then some. This place is one of the best service centers Ive experienced. The entire operation runs like a well-oiled rocket: efficient, no nonsense, zero drama. Huge shoutout to Tyler Usary, the Service Manager. The guy is excellent courteous, polite, and genuinely professional. His leadership is the reason everything flows so smoothly. He keeps the team sharp, the processes tight, and the customer experience top-tier. In a world full of excuses, Tyler gets it done right. And lets talk about Justin Christensen, my service advisor. Absolute rockstar. Super communicative, kept me in the loop every single step of the way while they had my Mercedes. No vague updates, no waiting in the dark just clear, timely info that made the whole process effortless. I love this place. Truly. Ill be back for all future service, no question. And when its time for my next Mercedes? Ill be buying it right here, just like my previous one.
