Update 3/6/2026 - I was in for service 3/4/2026 and I explained to service advisor Sarah Richards that I've been listening to wind noise on my passenger side front window since I bought my car. Sarah wrote it up, and the technician diagnosed that the problem was the gasket around the small window next to the mirror on the passenger side - he did that by taping around that small window and noticing that the wind noise stopped. Sarah informed me, ordered the gasket, and 2 days later when the part was in I came in to have the gasket replaced. I was somewhat pessimistic that the wind noise would be fixed by replacing the gasket, but it was. Many thanks to Sarah and the technician who diagnosed the issue and fixed it- at no charge! |

| Summary: I ruined my snow tire on a dangerous driveway, and I was anxious to have it checked. Naomi Hughes had it checked even though I didn't have an appointment. Of course, it was not fixable and Naomi expedited the new tire order. I was able to get it installed the next day - relieved and on my way to all my activities. |
