| Summary: Classic rookie mistake by Lia Toyota! Took my 07 Highlander in for routine service and oil change. Next day there was a 15in oil slick on my garage floor. Took it immediately to a neighborhood auto service center. The oil drain plug was loose and dripping oil. I got to pay for the service and a quart of oil to top up the crankcase. Now, I have to clean up the oil slick on what was a clean garage floor. The tech at Lia should have tightened the drain plug, but did NOT! |

| Summary: I have purchased several Toyota vehicles over my life, and can definitely say the best treatment and service I received was from Joseph Harrigan at Lia Toyota. I purchased a new 2025 RAV4 in November and was with my son, Connor, Monday night when Joe worked with us to find Connor a great 2025 used RAV4. He assisted my son with financing, insurance paperwork, and offered a higher than ever thought trade-in value. Joe was kind and thoughtful while working with Connor and made sure Connor understood everything he was saying. It is so unusual to have a sales representative take time to answer a first time buyers questions. Joe is definitely the man to see at Lia Toyota. And a shoutout to the finance manager too for his patience and time. |

| Summary: Ordered a simple seat belt component at Lia to be picked up Today (Wednsday Mar.4th)
Got there no record if order then they told me that it was only one section of the part ,which I clarified when ordering , just another way to get more money from you , there's more employees there than Automobile, its no wonder why they can't get a simple order right , your better off going to a junk yard . Lia sucks |

| Summary: We do not like being pressured to pay a large sum of money for parts and service we do not need. We feel this is abusive.
After an urgent call From Lia suggesting our breaks failed their test and we need to spend $1200 plus to get it fixed. I sought out a second opinion from "qualified Mechanics" I use all the time, and they found absolutely nothing wrong with the breaks, and it would be unnecessary to repair them at this time.
Buyer beware! Second opinions can be very enlightening and cost saving. |

| Summary: Parts department has no idea what they are talking about. Been given the wrong part numerous times even after giving them a diagram of the part and the old part to match it to they still gave me the wrong part. When I called back they just throw me on hold. I explained to them that Ive been given the wrong part multiple times and the parts representative acted irritated with me. At this point it seems like intentional neglect for me as a customer and its really off putting. Please can someone care about me as a customer and call me back? |
