Ive stayed with Lia after my Prius, for an 11 year old Tundra. The crew here for maintenance is amazing.
I stay with these guys for maintenance bcuz I trust them.
I like the overall check so that Im not stranded.
Lia maintains all of my maintenance on any vehicle Ive had. My service advisor is Christopher Cormorski. Hes been excellent to me. Below is review few years back.
Im new to Lia Toyota. My Prius battery died. My concern was it was $4000 hybrid battery.
Michael Richards and Sean, the service manager, were both kind, considerate, caring to my concerns and conscientious.
They not only picked up my car, but exchanged my car for my truck upon my Prius C return to my home for both vehicles had bad seals on oil filter it wasnt tightened. A video was presented with proof after diagnostic check.
Lia Toyotas Electronic correspondence is amazing. Best to date that Ive seen.
My diagnostic finding video, and suggested repair checklist was sent in a text to my cell.
So so happy with this group. Be back to see you in the future for maintenance.

Greg from the Parts Department, because of his extensive experience, was familiar with problem and resolved my problem and anxiety very quickly and respectfully. I wish to applaud Greg for his valuable customer service. |

| Summary: I cannot say enough good things about my experience and my car salesman, Kelly P. As a young woman who was buying a car in a mostly male dominant field, I was very nervous and apprehensive. The biggest blessing was Kelly. His patience, his demeanor, and knowledge were all impeccable. I cannot rave enough about him. He was extremely thorough and professional but most of all, kind. I truly cannot emphasize on how amazing he made the whole experience of this process be. He was the complete opposite of an abrasive salesman. Its a big deal buying a car, and he knew how important it was for me. I will always recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go to Lia and ask for Kelly P. If I could give a 10 star rating I would because he deserves that. I hope he receives the type of recognition he deserves after making this whole experience feel so easy. |

I (Dad) brought my daughter's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also want to give a shout out to John (one of the service techs) who brought me out to the service garage to show me some other areas which may need some attention in the upcoming months. |
