Stay away from TOYOTA About 23 years ago I leased a vehicle from them. When I picked up the car, I also purchased additional protection insurance for small scratches and damages. I made all my payments on time and returned the vehicle on time and without any issues. However, 35 months later they suddenly sent me an extra bill claiming there were small scratches on the vehicle. I explained that I had already purchased protection for exactly that situation, but they honestly didnt seem to care at all. I asked for the inspection report or documentation showing the damage, and they never provided any report. On top of that, when I checked their system I noticed that some of my last payments were showing as unpaid, even though I had paid them on time. When I asked why, they said they didnt know. Later it became clear that this was likely just preparation to justify the extra charges. I also paid a deposit when I first leased the vehicle, and they never returned it, claiming it was a file fee. Now, 23 years later, Im still dealing with the consequences of this mess. I eventually paid the extra charges just to close the issue, but now that Im applying for credit, their system still shows an unpaid balance. When I ask for documentation proving the debt was paid, Toyotas call center tells me to wait 48 hours, and when I call the dealership they say its not our problem. Thats literally the response from their finance department. They are very helpful until they sell you the car. After that, they simply dont care. If you dont want to deal with unfair charges, missing paperwork, and irresponsible service, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. unprofessional!!! stayyyawayyyyy
