| Summary: This was my first annual NY State safety inspection since buying the car on 1/27/2023. My service advisor, Michael Richards, was very courteous and professional. My car was done when promised. Free refreshments provided in the showroom made the short wait a pleasant experience.
On 6/10/24, I brought in my car for my 15000 mile service. My service advisor, Colby Klob, was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding my service and battery charging practices. My car was done when promised, and it took less than 1 hour.
On 3/20/25, I brought in my car to repair a leaking tire. With 23,000 miles on the tires, I expected to be recommended to replace all 4 tires. My service advisor, Art Palazzolo, said the tires would be checked out and new tires recommended only if necessary. Fortunately, the leaking tire was able to be repaired and there was no charge since this repair was covered by the Tire Protection Plan through Zurich. I appreciate Art getting the job done and not trying to sell me additional maintenance not needed at this time. |

| Summary: My experience at Lia Toyota in Colonie, NY was made exceptionally great with the service of Sarah Richards. Although I initially came in for an inspection she calmly and efficiently helped me understand the extra services that were recommended and took care of any transportation issues I had since I chose to leave my car at Lia Toyota. This was the best experience I've had at a dealership/auto shop and I'll be sure to pick Sarah as my preferred tech going forward. |
