Sarah Richards was very helpful, informed, and kind. However, the service scheduler whose name I did not get when I called to set up the appointment was snippy and rude. I decided to proceed and see how the service tech was. This was my first time working with Lia. The car was purchased and maintained there, but I am the new owner. Sarah was great! And I love my Avalon.

The service visit went well. Brittany Trabona wrote up the request and notified me as soon as the work was complete. The experience was as good as possible. The NYS inspection, Engine air filter and cabin air filter replacement took less than one hour.
