From the moment I reached out, I was met with professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. He was not only friendly and attentive but also highly knowledgeable and efficient in resolving my issue.
Justin always listened carefully, asked the right questions, and followed up promptly to ensure everything was taken care of. It's rare to experience such seamless support these days, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making the experience smooth and stress-free.
Excellent service like this builds trust and loyalty. Im grateful for him and his teams help and would highly recommend Lia to anyone in need of assistance. |

| Summary: I have to say the start of my experience this morning to get my oil changed did not go well.
I felt one of the service people at desk as I entered service area did not treat the customer (me) with proper service.
I had words with her letting her know I was not happy. As I sat in the waiting room I noticed her telling everyone pointing me out as I waited in the waiting room.
I got up to get a coffee & was approached by the service manager Justin Matuszek.
He confronted me to defend his service person on what she had told him what I had said to her.
I have to say I respected him on being a manager backing his workers.
As we talked I told him my side & as our conversation continued he had me come in his office to talk further. I got to know Justin better & have to say Lia is definitely lucky to have him.
As I sat in his office others came in & I could see the respect all his colleagues had for him.
What started out as a terrible experience with the service person Justin made it a great experience & have to say I believe we left as friends.
Great Job Justin & as I said you are a Great Manager.
As always I get excellent service at Lia that goes back with Lia many years owning many Camrys

| Summary: The service department here is amazing!! From the time I drove my car in until the time I left. I could not be happier with Justin Matuszek. He is the most honest service manager Ive ever dealt with. He called every step of the way, he put the head mechanic on the phone to explain to me what exactly was going on. Told me flat out what I needed done. Didnt try to upsell anything. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Justin Matuszek is the only service manager I will deal with. He is honest, courteous, super friendly and will truly go out of his way for every one of his customers. Thank you again Justin!!!

| Summary: Unacceptable Service Experience at Lia Toyota Collision Center No Communication, No Accountability
In late May 2025, I brought my Toyota Highlander into Lia Toyota of Colonie, NY for a standard inspection. Due to tailgate damage, I was told the vehicle would fail, and was directed to the Lia Toyota Collision Center for repair estimates.
The required parts included:
Headlamp
Lift gate
Glass with strip
Name plates
Backup light
On May 27th, I made a $600 deposit toward a nearly $3,000 repair so I could pass inspection. The work was assigned to Brian, who assured me the parts would arrive in a couple of weeks. Weeks passedno update, no call. When I reached out, I was told the backup light was backordered until June 18th.
June 18th comes and goesagain, no call. I follow up, only to be told Brian is out. I speak to Steve, who assures me Ill get a call with updates. Its now June 24th, and stillzero communication. When I called yet again, Im casually informed the part is now backordered until September.
Let me be clear: this is not a complaint about my Highlander. Its a reliable, fantastic vehicle.
This review is about the blatant lack of accountability, poor customer service, and complete disregard from the Lia Toyota Collision team. As a loyal customer, I expected basic courtesy and proactive updatesnot to be chasing people down while driving around with an expired inspection.
If you value your time, your safety, or your sanity, beware of trusting Lia Toyota Collision with your repairs. The service experience is disorganized, dismissive, and deeply disappointing.
