| Summary: I visited two local Toyota dealerships before Lia Colonie to inquire about lease offers they were actively advertising that they could not follow through with. I had received a email from Lia Colonie with a similar lease offer and decided to stop in to see if they could make it happen. Luckily I was assigned Joe Harrigan who was a pleasure to deal with. I showed him the offer emailed to me and asked him if he could make it happen as I was not interested in anything else. He confirmed the vehicle was available and we had deal within minutes. He didnt try selling me on something more expensive or at a different rate, he gave me exactly what i was asking for with a no nonsense, down to earth, straight up approach that was very refreshing. Im certain that Joe sells a ton of cars because he listens to the customer and if he has it available he will make it happen for you. If you know what you want ahead of time and dont want to waste your time, ask for Joe Harrigan. |

| Summary: Love Lia toyota, I've nothing but good experiences with every staff member I have encountered over the 2 yrs I've been coming here. This location is currently under construction but they have a good setup to make waiting customers comfortable and the construction isnt intrusive. I've been to other toyota dealerships in the area, but Lia toyota is my preference for anything toyota related need I have. Keep up the good work!! |

| Summary: Arrived on time at Lia Toyota of Colonie for alignment and was greeted by a nice lady Naomi Hughes. She was very attentive, listening to my explanation why I needed an alignment. She was also very helpful in getting me my laptop because I left it in my car after I gave my car key. Overall, Naomi provided professional services throughout the process. Just one note: I hope she could be a little more technical in her explanation of the numbers in the alignment results. |
