| Summary: I recently purchased a new Camry at Lia Toyota and am completely satisfied with the purchase and service. Christa Gentile was the primary sales agent who assisted me and was easy to work with. Sales manager Vince Ngyuen also was very helpful in choosing and purchasing my new car. The business manager Mr Rasouli completed our paper work in an expeditious and courteous manner. All of the staff at Lia were professional and helpful without being the least bit pushy.
I would recommend Lia Toyota to anyone looking to make a new or used car purchase! |

| Summary: Bill Boland was a stellar salesman throughout the entire process of purchasing our 2021 Gold Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Highlander with a trade in on our previous 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. He was so patient and kind, and listened to everything we needed. He walked us through all of our options and gave great recommendations all the way through. He truly took care of us from start to finish. Anytime I come back to Lia for a car, Im asking for Bill first ! Everyone at Lia Toyota was so genuinely kind and helpful, from Service to Sales and Finance with Khalil. They really made us feel welcome. Ill never go anywhere else. |

| Summary: This place is trying every freaking way to rip you off, I just wanted the tire rotation. I denied the multi point inspection because last time it took me 3 hours wait time, the lady said I must do the multi point inspections in order to get the tire rotation done. I told her again I dont want multi point inspection or I have to canceled the appointment today, they are pissed and gave back my key didnt even tell me where my car is. Ill never come back here again. |
