| Summary: Brought in my 2023 Corolla Hybrid for an electrical issue. The overall experience from the the manager I spoke with on the phone to my service manager Naomi was excellent. They were courteous, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Also, the service center was one of the cleanest and nicest I have seen. As it turned out, the electrical issue was a simple fix of a loose connection. Lia was honest about the fix and very reasonable about the cost. Highly recommend Lia Toyota of Colonie, Naomi Hughs and the whole team. |

| Summary: I had a bit of a mixed experience initially, but I truly appreciate how the team handled everything in the end.
From the start, the repair process itself was very efficient. After inspection, the required part was sourced within a day, and I was asked to bring the car in the very next day for the repair; that level of promptness was impressive. The day I dropped off my car for the repair, they arranged an Uber for me to get home, and once the car was ready, they again arranged transportation back to the service center, which I really appreciated.
After the repair, when I picked up my car, I realized that my original air deflector for the panoramic sunroof was missing. When I returned, there was some initial confusion, and it took a bit of back-and-forth to clearly identify the issue. However, once I connected with the Fixed Operation Manager Rick Rugen, everything was handled seamlessly. He and the technician Chris understood the concern, took ownership, resolved everything the same evening and had the car ready for the pick up the following day. I also appreciated that a loaner vehicle was offered during the process.
While there was a small hiccup, what truly stood out was the teams responsiveness and willingness to make things right. That level of accountability and customer care goes a long way.
Thank you to the entire Lia Toyota of Colonie team (service advisor, technician, and manager) for ensuring everything was resolved properly. |

I have had all the maintenance on my car done there in recent years, Justin Cole is a very good customer service rep there and he explained all of the items to be fixed before I agreed to the service. My car is 14 years old and I have never been broken down with it due to the thorough maintenance proved by Toyota. |
