| Summary: Christopher Forchilli at Lia Toyota in Colonie is professional, helpful and friendly. I brought a bunch of coupons the dealership had mailed me,, and he used the one to give me the best value for my money.
I had to go back the next day to resolve an issue that was annoying, but an easy fix. It was not his fault. The fault was with the actual technician who worked on my car. (He forgot to reset the Maintenance Required code.) |
