| Summary: Service advisor was Art Palazzolo. I just had a 10000 mile service Lia and they were great! It was time for the brake fluid so they did that as well. They checked everything over and got me out fairly quickly. |

| Summary: I have nothing but great things to say about Madison and her entire team at Lia. She was professional, courteous, and exceeded my expectations. I had several visits, the most recent with my 2024 Tacoma I was experiencing an odd whistling sound I could not identify. I made my appt, they got me right in, and the truck was fixed before the end of the day. I was expecting the no problem found response. That was not the case . I will be returning for all my service work and requesting Madison upon my visit. Go Lia Toyota ! |

Had me wasting my time emailing and calling him about an issue just to ignore me than run away when I still had to come in for same issue . Naomi was great tho and very helpful |
