| Summary: My husband and I went in to trade in our 2023 Porsche Panamera, we were greeted by Jhovan Coronado (Brand Ambassador) he was friendly, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. As soon as I saw the 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera I fell in love! Jhovan addressed all my questions and concerns about owning a sports car. He was extremely patient, and not pushy at all. He gave us the VIP treatment from the very start. We are so pleased with his outstanding services and made our buying experience seamless and enjoyable! | Summary: I live in WA state and wanted to purchase a new Porsche Taycan 4S. I placed an order with our local dealer only to have it "canceled" a few weeks later, as they were unable to fulfill it due to limited allocation. After being told that I'd have to wait until next summer to find a car (as "nothing was available"), I went online and found almost the exact car already in existence, at Ontario Porsche. Jhovan Coronado, my sales rep, was excellent from start to finish. Although we've never met in person, I feel like I know him and have a new friend. He walked me through the entire process and made everything easy. The time from my first phone call, to the car arriving in WA in my driveway was less than a week! THANK YOU Jhovan for your kindness and efficiency. Thank you for making the purchase easy. I hope to meet you someday in person and give you a great big thank-you hug! I love my beautiful new Taycan 4S! |
