He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked out a great deal for us, and handled every detailincluding special wheel requests and coordinating with service to ensure our vehicle was delivered on time.
Jhovan kept his word on the delivery date and followed up even after we picked up the car. Hes very responsive and truly goes above and beyond. | Summary: Jhovan Coronado was the person who helped us. I must say his professional mannerism, his friendliness, his knowledge was exemplary. This was our first time leasing . How he explained every detail thoroughly it was highly appreciated. He even mentioned that Porsche Ontario has a program if we needed additional support with our car he is willing to drive to our residence, called second support. This was enough for us to be a life customer for him. We had varies Porches from different dealers but this service by far surpassed our expectations. He is an asset to the company that needs to be recognized |
