| Summary: Jose Rodela helped me thru the Maintenance process. He provided an outstanding service. He sent several texted, kept me update about every detail of service requested. I also enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere.
Michael Yeh was helpful as well he actually shows me how to use some digital items in the 911 on which I am still unfamiliar. |

| Summary: Brought my car in for a recall service, but also had a list of small, but detailed items I wanted the techs to look into. First, I was able to be scheduled a loaner vehicle, which is always a huge plus and puts my mind at ease about being without a car for days at a time. From there though, Michael Yeh took great time and care listening to each of my concerns, even walking out to the car with me to see some of them, while looking at videos with me that I had taken. When the videos were too large to share, he came up with a creative solution that allowed me to share them with him so he could then share the videos with the service technician working on my car, without losing any quality in the transfer. A few days past, I got the text letting me know the car was ready as well as a video from my multi-point inspection.
When I arrived, the car was ready to go, but a little dusty from some recent winds. Michael took care of me and gave it another car wash before I was on my way. Thanks Michael and Porsche Ontario! |

Everyone I came in contact with from over/the-phone service department to the gentleman/ attendant upon arriving to my customer service person, were ALL exceptionally polite and provided excellent care. Im so impressed with this organization and I can say without a doubt, head and shoulders above any dealership Ive interacted with over the years. A+++++
Great to know it is possible to get excellent service and care when taking my car in for service. Also, this dealership is exceptionally nice and easy!! |
