| Summary: I’m driving my first Porsche and so far, the Ontario dealership has been outstanding. This visit was for a safety recall. I was greeted at the door by Michael Yeh who turned out to be my service coordinator. I was quickly checked in and escorted to the counter to get my loaner vehicle, also a 2025 Macan. This process was also quick and organized and I was on my way home in about 20 minutes. |

I wasnt sure what to expect on the rim curb rash repair. What I did expect was not being able to find where the damage was previously after the repair. Its absolutely flawless. I was concerned when this happened a week before a concours event but this repair is outstanding!!!

| Summary: This still fairly new dealership, in a very short time, has learned that great service wins over the customer and keeps them loyal. David Barron in service is really great. I came in for a headlamp issue and they discovered a nail in a tire. David remembered that I had a tire warranty, looked up my policy, and arranged for a new tire without any delay. He is always pleasant and professional. I keep telling him to call me by my first name but Im not sure he can do it! When Michael Yeh subs in he doesnt miss a beat either. You pay a premium for a Porsche. Ontario Porsche knows that and makes sure that everyone gets special treatment. |
