He was understanding and I appreciated that he was not pushy or judgemental. Ultimately, I had such a good experience, especially with driving three cars at BMW that the quality, and driving comparisons made it easy for me to make my final decision, a BMW! |

Everything was handled the way you want it to be when you bring your car in, and the process felt smooth with clear communication throughout.
My service advisor, Jessica Carbaugh, was truly great to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of every detail. She explained what was needed in a way that was easy to understand, walked me through options, and made sure everything stayed on track with no surprises. Her communication and follow-through made the whole experience feel effortless.
Overall, BMW delivered a high-quality service experience, and Jessica absolutely elevated it. Would definitely recommend. |
