| Summary: I had a nail in a tire also an ambient light that was out. The tire was replaced at 583.00, the light was not repaired because I was told it was back ordered. No time line was given when it would be in, the wax in the new tire was not cleaned off. I had asked for someone to go back over the internet and other items, I was told when I was back in they would get the expert to cover it. When I picked up the car they were extremely busy. So no one offered to cover it. This is my first BMW it drives good but the service is lacking drastically.. |
