Summary: My experience with Audi Riverside was exceptional! From John Scholz, the General Manager to Blake Lewis my sales person, I could not say enough of how smooth the process was. Blake set himself apart from any other sales person I have dealt with in the past. He found the car I was looking for and sent me a personalized video of the car. And from there we made the deal. I picked up the car a few days later. Just had to sign! Blake took extra care in showing me the ropes of all the car has to offer with most patience and detail. Thank you Blake! Summary: Absolutely terrible experience, they sold us a certified car with issues that their mechanics cant fix. They had false advertisement on their website about an exchange program also. Sales managers wont talk to you to negotiate or when there is an issue. Sales manager kept yelling out to the sales rep, expecting him to jump up and run over. Terrible culture, and terrible ethics. |

Summary: Wow, service manager Brock Temple was awesome like usual. His team was in communication regarding the status of my vehicle and was hospitable with my needs.
John Scholz, the sales manager I believe; recognized me from previous visits and we chitchatted for a little bit while waiting for the loaner.
Also, thank you to the service advisors, Luis Torres and Oscar; very professional and courteous individuals. I always end up leaving with a smile and wonderful feeling of being taken care of.
The Walter's Team Audi in Riverside always goes the extra mile for our family for both sales and service!

Summary: Beware!! They use deceitful tactics to raise the price of the car without you knowing. They tried charge me for a $1,500 LoJack system without telling me. Luckily I caught it. The salesperson Blake Lewis said I have to purchase it. I told him to remove it and he laughed and he said he doesnt have to. I then talked to the general manager John Scholtz who was condescending, had no communication skills nor customer service ability. The end of the phone call ended with heated argument. That was the General manager's solution when a customer spent 5 hours with his family at his dealership. He used excuse after excuse and would not except any accountability. These people discussed me. My family and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. John should resign and management needs to recalibrate their ethical compass from top to bottom. I'm in the process of contacting DMV investigations and other avenues in hopes this won't happen to anyone else. Look at all their one-star reviews and you'll see what I'm talking about. It's the same scam over and over. I hope you're not next. |

Summary: Buyer Beware!!! All the one star reviews are true. Decetful tactics. Hidden lo jack fee scam. Just got off the phone with General manager John Sholtz who could care less that his sales team was deceitful and tried to scam us by sneaking a $1,500 LoJack on to the contract. Salesmen Blake Lewis intentionally never mentioned the LoJack until we were about to sign the contract and he casually just went over a few numbers hoping we wouldn't catch it. Luckily I heard him Mumble LoJack and I said stop I don't want the lojack. He laughed and said you have to buy it. He was arrogant and thought he was clever. This is after my family had spent 4 hours of the day driving up from San Diego and negotiating the price going back and forth, and only moments before we were to sign the contract did Blake spring this on us. I asked Blake why didn't he tell me that before I drove up and he said he doesn't have to, I asked him why didn't you tell me that during all of our negotiations and once again he said he doesn't have to. My family and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. They are in violation of car buyers bill of rights and DMV investigations will definitely be notified in hopes john will stop these illegal tactics so hopefully future customers won't have to go through what we went through. This could have easily have been avoided and resolved. But because of John's lack of communication skills and customer service it is not fixable. Our phone conversation ended with both of us quite heated. That gives you an idea of what to expect from the general manager John Scholtz. Keep in mind, you're going to see John's response and he's going to tell this amazing story of what a hero he is and perhaps what a horrible person I am. Just read the one star reviews and you'll see what I mean. |

Summary: I purchased a 2019 Audi e-tron in September 2023. I purchased an extended VSC/Warranty. On 12/28/2024 I received from Riverside/Walters Audi check dated 12/24/24 for the cancellation of an Extended Warranty with no letter or notice of any kind other than a comment line "SAFEGUARD DEEMED INELIGIBLE FOR COVERAGE." I have tried for nearly two weeks to talk to the dealership through multiple calls and emails. No response. I'm not cashing the check, and I've filed a complaint with the California Insurance Commissioner. Riverside Audi never registered the VSC with Safe-Guard and the VSC now appears as if it has not been in effect even though I had paid in full for it in September 2023 when I purchased the used e-tron. Safe-Guard (the warranty company, not the paperwork) told me they had no record of the transaction or the vehicle service contract registration and I asked Safe-Guard if they had ever received that paperwork. SafeGuard told me that "if the Dealer does not submit a copy of the contract to us, it will not be in our system until they do so." I asked SafeGuard if it appears Riverside Audi had never even sent it to them, and the reply was "Yes." So I paid Walter's Riverside Audi nearly $4K for a VSC over 15 months previously, and Riverside Audi never paid for the coverage. Yeah, I would never deal with this outfit again, and would strongly question why anyone would. Someone obviously made a serious error at the dealership: they took 15 months to let me know: they won't talk to me about what happened, and they have not shown any interest whatever in resolving it. Totally pathetic in my opinion. |
