Just turned in our 3 year Lease and had another amazing experience with Josh, Blake and Sales Manager Kevin. Purchased the wife the New 2025 Audi Q6. What an amazing car. This guys really know how to treat you like a part of the family and keep you as a customer for life... I highly recommend visiting these guys..

A year ago I bought my wife a new 2021 Rang Rover Sport HSE Dynamic P525 for our 20 year anniversary. We love the vehicle but she was getting killed with the gas prices so she mentioned she wanted to look at a E-car.
At first I thought okay a Telsa but then she said she wanted something different and she liked the Audi E-tron. Honestly I never heard of it before but we came down to Walters Audi and looked at the E-tron SUV and she loved it. Unfortunately Walters didn't have the White SUV she wanted so I proceeded to look at other dealerships. I found one in OC and I arranged to have the car ready when we made the 1 hour drive in traffic to this dealership in OC. Upon arrival the white SUV E-tron that we were there to look at was not ready and wasn't even PDI'd yet so she couldn't even drive it. Obviously we were not happy.
While at this dealership I received a email from George the GM from Walters just asking how our experience was and why we didn't buy a car from the. When reading this email I called George and let me tell you George expressed that he wanted our business and honestly he was so nice he said please give me the opportunity to earn your business. and asked me is my wife would like a White Sportback. At first I said no but after talking with the wife she said yes she liked it. I told George that we would take it and we arranged pretty much everything over the phone.
The service we received from George (GM), David Robinson (Salesman) and Brett (sales Manager) was amazing. I highly recommend this Team and if you are interested in a Audi reach out to David Robinson in the sales dept. Heck even if you are not in the market go down and test drive one of these E-trons, they are so nice and plush, actually they have more bells and whistles then the wife's $140,000 Range Rover.

| Summary: Audi Riverside is the right place to go!!! I was trying to buy my dream car 2 days ago and when I walked out of Audi Riverside, I couldn't be more satisfied and happier. My car buying experience began when Edgar gave me a really good look at the available options. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very professional. The car I wanted was above my budget but Edgar and his team (thank you Kevin!) tried their best to get me the car I wanted within my budget range. To my surprise the car I got was way much better than I expected. I feel so lucky and blessed. Edgar was extraordinary in the entire process from his great customer service skills to vast knowledge in Audi cars that I learned so much from him. He was proactive, understanding, helpful, honest, and worked with integrity. Everything he did was making sure to put me as top priority and catered to my needs first. I had a comfortable first time visit at Audi Riverside. |

| Summary: Stephen Garletta was excellent and took the time to test drive, explain the vehicle features and send several different quotes before I got to the dealership to be efficient with time. Once at the dealership I was also assisted by Kevin Bolton and Joshua who stayed late until the evening so I could take my new Audi e-tron RS home. Their goal was to for me to leave with a smile on my face.

Joshua Johnson, my sales representative, was fantasticknowledgeable, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. He made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
Kevin Bolden, the sales manager, was equally pleasant and professional. He ensured everything went smoothly and own his own offered me a very tempting purchase on new 2025 as an alternative to the CPO, I ultimately purchased. .
I also want to acknowledge John Scholz, Manager and AJ Gordon in the finance department. Both were a pleasure to work withstraightforward, professional, and efficient, with no games or unnecessary delays.
