| Summary: I went into Audi of Riverside to get my car diagnosed from the mistakes my previous mechanic. I was in control of every step into the diagnoses of my car. I was able to approve or decline every suggested step to get my vehicle back on the road. And when I needed more clarity on some proposed steps to get it properly diagnosed, I went into the dealership and talked to my Service Advisor names Peter Younes about whats going on with my car, he made sure I had all the correct information and explained everything to me and made me comfortable to ensure proper steps to getting back on the road. I appreciate his clarity and transparently giving me verbiage that I can understand. Thank you Peter Younes at Audi of Riverside. |
