The dealership made all the updates we agreed upon in a timely manner and the sale went through flawlessly from start to finish. All communication between us and dealership were professional and answered promptly. So far we are very pleased with our choice in vehicle and Lia Honda of Kinston in handling the sale. |

| Summary: Susan Kelly greeted me and relayed what was going to be done on my car. In addition, she mentioned that there was a recall on the power steering box. She asked if I wanted to get that taken care of that day so I didnt have to make another appointment to have it done. Susan was very accommodating since I just had hip surgery and was walking with a cane. After 2.5 hours, I drove my car home. |

| Summary: My husband and I went to LIA Honda in Kingston to see what my options would be as my lease was expiring in February. Jeremy Mcevoy was the same person who we were lucky to have gotten. He made the whole experience a pleasant one and went to bat for us with regards to what we were comfortable leading going forward.
We will highly recommend Jeremy to our family and friends who might be in the market for a new car. |
