Kimberly Moore ,my service adviser cleared up the the mix up and completed the service on my vehicle. Kimberly handled the situation in a professional and timely manner which got me on my way. | Summary: Kimberly Moore took care of several issues I was having with my Canyon quickly, efficiently and with a great attitude. Its difficult to juggle being without a vehicle and managing work but Crown stepped up and helped this process be as seamless as possible. All issues addressed, I was given a rental from across the street and I promptly had my truck back by the next day. Thank you Crown GMC! |
