He always listen to my concerns and take care of any problems. Couldnt ask for a better dealership and adviser from the start! |

| Summary: This GMC Sierra was sold from Crown Buick GMC on 9-11-2024. Less than one year later, July 2025, the body panel was already falling off as seen in the pictures. Crown GMC eventually replaced the panel, which again fell off after just two and a half weeks. Took the truck back to Crown, and service manager Neal looked at at and said he didn't feel that Crown should have to pay to fix it. I responded that I would pay for it if needed, even though the truck was under warranty. He said he would call me the next day. I never heard back from Neal and called multiple times to Crown GMC and left messages, but no one will return my calls nor speak with me about it. A $90,000+ truck should NOT have body panels falling off within ONE YEAR OF LEAVING THE LOT. Crown GMC has the worst customer service. Good luck if you go here to buy anything, or for service... |

| Summary: After a total loss accident of my 2019 Ford F150 Lariat, we were unexpectedly searching for a new vehicle. After stopping in at Autonation Toyota a few days prior to look at their offerings, I was hesitant to resume the search due to the high pressure tactics they used. Upon arriving at Crown Buick GMC, we were greeted by Ed Ma. He quickly assuaged my car shopping worries and was excellent from start to finish. He patiently worked with me and my wife as we decided between a Yukon and a Sierra. We eventually decided to stick with a truck. He continued to work with me as I was deciding between Trim and Engine options. He clearly explained the benefits of the certified preowned option that helped sell me on a white 2023 Sierra Denali with the 6.2L V8. |

Her professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail are unmatched and its no wonder we keep coming back!
Tammy truly knows how to take care of her customers like family. She listens, understands your needs, and somehow always finds exactly what youre looking for (even before you know it yourself!).
