Summary: For starters, I was in the industry for well over a decade and with that said... I hate going to dealerships (I know the lingo, and all the bs) but, That went right out the window upon entering this place. I went in looking for Tammy because Ray over at Acura recommended her to me. I just purchased a 2019 Acura MDX and due to another baby on the way I wanted to gift my wife the larger yukon Denali. Waiting for Tammy (she was wrapping up with a client), Cole introduces himself to me and we just started discussing why I was there and never once did he get salesman like with me.
