| Summary: I was greeted when I entered Crown Buick by one of the managers. Boris Cehic was contacted and I gave him the information I had brought in about which vehicles I was interested in seeing and driving. He was very attentive, along with the manager in assisting me. I made my decision which vehicle I wanted to buy and Boris introduced me to the group that take care of vehicles when they are brought in for service. I met Howard Wilson and he explained how his department works. Sounds very efficient and easily obtainable. I also met Erna Hazmic to set up my current insurance and also received a Personalized Insurance Proposal. She was very efficient and clear in assisting me. I also signed papers with the financial officer, I cannot find his card at this time. He was very thorough in assisting me through the signing of each document. |

| Summary: Bought a new 2026 Buick Envista ST from Crown Buick GMC in St. Pete. FL. This is a long standing A+ strong reputation GM products dealership, including a very good & responsive service department (especially George & John G.). They carry the excellent GM lineup from Buick & GMC; and I have owned both now for over 10 years. In our family members opinion(s) Buicks 2026-27 line-up is among the best $ price/values in the industry. Ed in sales and Max in their Crown management were very efficient, courteous and professional - - top A pros !
Wifes color choice was the GM sticker factory added $495 for Metallic Moonstone Gray. Our appreciation & regards to above Crown Team; with all of our THX Tom |

| Summary: We have always had a good experience her. However, I feel like they have really leveled up over the past year. We have ti wait whenever our car gets serviced and have noticed my wait times have been shorter even thought the service center is busy. The waiting area is clean and offers comfortable seating. Kim Moore is our service advisor. She really goes above and beyond to make sure we get what we need. Her communication is fantastic and she is incredibly responsive. I couldn't be more please with her. When we are ready for our next car, we will purchase it through Crown Buick because of Kim's excellent costumer service. |
