| Summary: [1] Thanks from Sharon April 29 - _ GEORGE ZAROFF at CROWN GMC & Buick in St. Pete. FL was very courteous and professional in helping me fix a engine light on my new 2026 Envista GT. He advised it was a Buick bulletin fix with no drivability concern, and addressed it promptly. Mr. Zaroff has always given us timely and excellent responsive service. Appreciate you George. Sharon K.
[2] THX from Tom - - Early 2026 - Our service advisor GEORGE ZAROFF at Crown Buick GMC was very persistent helping us replace a bad day/night electrical & ambient temp sensor - - limiting daylight view of our GMC Terrain dashboard metrics & features! He is an excellent communicator and provided the desired GMC fix, and other maintenance for us at GM CROWN in St. Pete. FL earlier this 2026 year . | Summary: Let me start out by saying a have purchased many vehicles over the years from various dealerships including Crown how ever this latest purchase was one of the easiest I have had.
Starting with my sales representative ( Boris Cehic) we started with emails & text messages then we finally met, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and was very helpful with what I was looking for in a vehicle. Once I found my new ride we sat down and finalized my purchase
quick, smooth, and easy, it has only been a couple days since my purchase however Boris has kept in contact making sure everything is good and if any issues come up to contact him. Professional all the way. Thank You, Mark R. |

| Summary: Great experience with salesman Ed Ma at the a the Crown Buick dealership in St Pete! I corresponded with Ed via email in advance on leasing options for a 2026 Envista model and he was thorough, responsive and gave me all the info I requested so I could make an informed decision. We confirmed model and lease terms upfront and Ed had everything ready for me to sign when I arrived at our appointment. Ed and the entire team made it super easy and painless!! This is my second lease from this dealership and both experiences have been good! Highly recommend!! Also, the new Envista is pretty awesome, too!!!! |

| Summary: I went to Crown Buick GMC for my 20,000 mile service and oil change. My Service Advisor was Jacquel Waller. Jacquel was very friendly and professional and was very thorough in explaining to me what they were going to do. During the 2 1/2 hours that I waited, Jacquel updated me on the progress. It was a very good experience getting my truck serviced and tires rotated. |

| Summary: I've owned my 2024 corvette for 24k miles and Crown GMC has been the best service I have ever experienced. The car has been to multiple dealers for various reasons and I always got poor communication, never met deadlines and some times they delivered the car in worse shape than I dropped it off.
My AC was going out and other dealers needed the car for 3-4 days just to diagnose it.
John Grundon got the car diagnosed in less than 2 days, located the issue and even tho there was a part shortage he was able to find the part and have it delivered quick. He updated me right away on friday at 10am and said he will have the car ready on Monday. Which was great news. He called back at 3:30 same day telling me the car was completed. I drove it all weekend and everything looks great. I didnt see the techs name on the invoice but they also did a great job. |
