| Summary: We had great customer service from Jamie and Ed! We appreciated them showing and telling us about their cars then stepping back as we worked on our decision. No pushy salesman! They knew their automobiles and were confident in who they worked for which gave us more confidence in Crown. We were able to work with Mark our financial services manager, who made this process very easy. Also we are from a small hometown in Texas, and we experienced that caring hometown feeling from the employees at Crown. We know we made the right decision of purchasing our car from Crown!
