I wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding my recent vehicle purchase.
From the very beginning, the purchasing process was seamless. Jeff, my sales representative, was professional, informative, and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smooth and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure working with him.
Although I did encounter an issue with my initial purchase on March 28, 2026, where the auto stop system was not functioning properly, I was extremely impressed with how the situation was handled. Jeff, along with Mark, the General Manager, made the exchange process completely seamless and stress-free.
I sincerely appreciate the level of customer service, professionalism, and care that both Jeff and Mark demonstrated. Their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed.
