| Summary: In 25 years or dealing with dealerships this one was hands down the worst I have ever dealt with. My dad was very loyal to their sales team for years and bought many new cars from them up until 2019. He passed away and I had to deal with his last purchase for the past year. Maybe their sales folks are ok (no experience there), but their service department reminds me of something to compare the the 3 Stooges TV show. Not sure if management changed sice then or what the problem is, but if my dad was still here, he definitely would be writing this review instead of me. Also, they offer an extended warranty that is NOT from Honda but a 3rd party. Remember before buying a new car that you will eventually have to get it serviced. I would highly recommend just driving right on through Brewster Into Danbury. I found a superb level or professionalism there. This was a MUCH better experience for me. Hope this helps you save some future agrivation. |

| Summary: Very poor customer service. There Service department should be ashamed of themselves.
My son bought a car less than 11 months ago 142000 miles on it for 11,000
Within this time he drove less than 3000 miles.
Had it towed to Honda and of course I need a new transmission. They quoted me at 7000 to fix it. Asked for a little help with that number and they wouldnt do a damn thing.
I could have went to the used car dealership up the block but chose Honda cause my mom bought 2 cars from them in the last 10 years.
Very disappointed in their customer service and just the fact that they couldnt even give me 500 dollars off of their already steep price. Shame on you Honda. |

| Summary: My wife and I were fortunate enough to be greeted at LIA HONDA by salesman Peter Leahy (Honda Pete). Pete made our buying experience seem like a walk in the park. If you want to deal with a no nonsense, straight up, honest person , Honda Pete is your man. We are extremely satisfied with our new Accord but especially happy we bought it at LIA HONDA with Pete Leahy as our salesman. |

| Summary: Lia Honda Brewster is incredibly lucky to have high quality people on their team like Peter Leahy and Chris Corbett. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years, and often encountered pushy sales people and business managers who were hardwired to up-sell and try to talk me into buying vehicles, maintenance plans and added features that I didnt want.
These guys are the total opposite! They are high integrity straight-forward professionals! Peter listened to me when I told him what I was looking for, and he found exactly what I wanted. Chris made the entire process of finalizing the deal and paperwork easier and more efficient than anyone Ive ever dealt with.
I strongly recommend to anyone who is considering buying a new or pre-owned vehicle to contact Peter Leahy at Lia Honda Brewster. You will be glad you did!
