| Summary: Needed a reliable SUV on short notice, and Joey got me sorted promptly with an incredibly low mileage CPO VW!
Edit: 5 months after purchase I came in to get my first oil change. Beware Devan in service dept. will recommend (Read: try to sell you on) services your car isn't even close to being due for yet (In my case spark plugs not due for 42,000 more miles, and fluid flushes not needed or due either!) Additionally, I never received a completed multi-point inspection form as the receipt says. If you're going to charge me $30 more than your advertised sale price, it would be nice if the service advisor actually knew the correct maintenance schedule for my car - or at least took the time to look it up instead of just taking the time to try and upsell me. Not sure I'll be bringing my car in for anything not-warranty related after this visit. |

| Summary: I had a wonderful experience at Lia Volkswagen, all thanks to Devan. I walked in feeling rushed and stressed, trying to fit in an oil change during my lunch break and still make it to a nail appointment before my trip. Devan quickly arranged a complimentary Uber to get me to my appointment on time.
From the moment I arrived, his calm and courteous approach caught me off guard in the best way. I usually get anxious about car service, but Devan reassured me I was in good hands. When I returned, he checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and asked if I was comfortable while I worked remotely in the waiting area. Once my car was ready, he explained the recommended services and offered to schedule them for another time since I had a meeting to get to.
Devan truly went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. Ill definitely be back! |

I got a quote then even with my coupon they said it would be the same price. How does that make sense. I advise anyone who buys cars in CT if you can SERVICE your vehicle in MA. You will save a lot of money. It's worth the ride over the state line!!!!! |

| Summary: 4/7/2025 from 9am until 2pm my daughter been sitting at this dealership in service to get her check engine light to be serviced after a routine tune up was done two or three weeks prior. They sent her walking to Nissan to get a rental and that didnt happen because Devan Petit telling her rental was $42 a day when jt was $62 a day so false information. She had to walk back and get her car back. Then for Devon Petot to tell ber not to drive because her car will blow up. what kind of expertise to tell a mother of 3 that nd not fix the problem after hours of being there. She is a loyal customer from West Spiringfield Volkswagen and to Enfield Volkswagen. What kind of business are you running to jot get the job right the first time. After a tune up oil, filters, spark plugs etc no engine light should come up. Two days later she takes it back and all they did was reset the check engine light now here it is a week later Devan telling her not to drive ot because it will blow up. Is all this to keep getting money out of her pockets continuously. And to no avail it was not done. Frustrations built up. I've called to no avail to get no one on the phone but rudeness because I was irate at all your people working there. Now I am here. I'm expecting a resolution for this matter if not i have to go over you to corporate, Division of Motor Vehicles, Commissions of Vehicle boards etc. |

My car wasn't going to get done and it was the weekend. Lia was out of loaner cars. But Devan went above and beyond to get me a loaner car, so I wouldn't be without a car for the weekend. My car was ready to go on Monday. I have used Lia VW of Enfield for all my car care needs and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership. |
