| Summary: I recently just got a brand new lease from Lia Volkswagen for a Taos SE. I couldnt recommend coming here enough! Our salesman Joey was an absolute blast to work with and made the entire ordeal super easy and relieving. We stopped by a different VW dealership before Lia VW and were completely turned off by them but once we came into Lia VW, it was like a breath of fresh air. Everything was thoroughly explained and we went over the car and its features, it was an absolute blast to work with Joey and the team at Lia VW. This is my first time as a Volkswagen owner and I will definitely stay with Volkswagen as long as this dealership is around! |

| Summary: I have been going here for over two years and the service was great with Jason who helped me numerous times for a brand new car that needed to go in the garage way too often. Most recently, I made an appointment to get an oil change and asked them to also do a tire rotation (saw the guy write it down on the slip). I went to pick it up and asked them if a tire rotation was done and they said that was never included and if I told the guy working the previous day "then he definitely didn't write it down". I asked them to look at the slip and he couldn't find it but said they could do the tire rotation right now....I didn't have time so had to make yet another appointment and still got charged for their mistake. I also asked the service tech about my oil change/services going forward and he said do not go by the car/computer as it will show 10k miles but it really should be 5-7k miles and go by the sticker they put on windshield. When I got my oil change done, the sticker showed 10k miles which Andre told me was not accurate anymore. So when I brought it back to get my tires rotated, I notified them of this and Andre said "it is just a habit of theirs and I will have them fix it". When my car was ready from tire rotation, the sticker for next oil change for 10k miles was still there. The quality of customer service at this dealership has gone so down and they don't care about trying to keep customers happy. |

| Summary: Keri Kazalis at Lia VW in Enfield is probably the best in the industry. The time she took to walk me through all the features on my new car was only outdone by her excitement over me telling her this is my very first new car. Its not often you come across people like Keri. Highly recommend if you want high touch white glove treatment, you go to her! |

| Summary: Well I definitely overpaid for my car but my problem is the bogus insurance my salesperson got me I suppose to close the deal. What a nightmare. So continued the salesmans son worked for an insurance company and he offered to switch me over to save some money. Turned out the guy was a total quack and so was the insurance agency. It was a nightmare the forms were dated wrong I went without coverage for a while And I was also disgusted when the salesman touched my bracelet. So inappropriate and gross. I felt so uncomfortable I cant believe someone would do that these days especially. Avoid this place. Ive since gotten rid of the car it no longer met my needs and the whole thing was a horrible experience. |
