| Summary: I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Lia Volkswagen. Everyone there made the process extremely simple and I was able to purchase a car (a few grand under market value Ill add) and drive it off the lot without any problems. My salesperson, Tony, was phenomenal. He was very friendly, supportive, and straightforward throughout the whole process, skipping past all the nonsense haggling other dealerships put you through. The car itself is in great condition and they made a very clear effort to make sure the vehicle had no problems before leaving, ensuring that the car wont have any issues that would need to be addressed after the sales been made. Overall a top tier dealership with top tier staff. |

We had some hiccups with the DMV that Keri and the Lia team were so patient and accommodating towards. Also thanks to Matt for getting us the right deal and Barbara for her diligence in getting the car registered. We will definitely be buying our next car from Lia Volkswagen of Enfield! |
