Devan Petit took the time to listen to my concerns with the issues I was experiencing with my car, he was transparent and helpful with reducing some of the cost of service (one issue was covered under a lifetime warranty, alternative repair). Its refreshing when a service department cares about their customers over looking to charge the highest rate possible. |

| Summary: Devan Petit was the person who took care of my car April 4, 2025. The job was brakes and oil housing leak. The brakes were easy bu the oil leak was a rather difficult job. My car wasn't going to get done and it was the weekend. Lia was out of loaner cars. But Devan went above and beyond to get me a loaner car, so I wouldn't be without a car for the weekend. My car was ready to go on Monday. I have used Lia VW of Enfield for all my car care needs and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership. |
