| Summary: Friendly service. Needs to improve on follow up and communication overall. I had to call to find out the status of my car. Perfect service will keep me updated on a daily bases or give me expected wait times with a tracking of my vehicle immediately after obtaining it for service. No offered loner car also. |

| Summary: We have just purchased a car with Aubrey Keith as our Client Advisor. Over the years we have dealt with many Client Advisors. However, none of them have even come close to Aubrey. She made the whole experience smooth and stress free. We couldn't have been happier with Aubrey and our new Mercedes.
