| Summary: We were Extremely pleased with our purchase. Mr weaver was amazing to recognize our specific needs for the purchase price we were looking for. His general manager even took time out of his busy schedule to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.
We have been trying to make this purchase for months. However, the other dealerships within 100 miles were not anywhere near as accommodating, or appeared to be interested in earning our business.
I strongly recommend any new buyers in NW FLA or LOWER ALA to please take the time to check out this Benz dealership. They will work to make it worth your time as well as theirs!! |

| Summary: To whom it may concern, do NOT come here. Our car was quoted to be towed to this location but the location did not pick up any calls or notify us that the vehicle had been dropped off. Essentially the general manager, and their entire team LOST our car and said they didnt know the whereabouts of it when we asked repeatedly. We went to the back of the lot and saw our car. The general manager refused to give us the keys because they were past service hours although the error was their fault. We live in Orlando, and are all TEEN MINORS visiting for school. Since the location did not offer any compensation of any sort they expected us to figure it out and refused to give us the number/contact of anyone who can do something about its. Its a sickening, truly sickening thing to do. @Johnny Farmand and @Nahide Karabag

| Summary: The service dept never returns your call. I have attempted to use them 3 times but I guess they make enough money and don't need mine. I won't attempt to use them again. I have a Mercedes so not like I am a bum and cannot pay my bills but they will never find out. I tried for the 3rd and last time. |
