I scheduled an appointment with Capitol Eurocars two weeks in advance to bring my Mercedes in for service on Monday March 2 at 9:30. I explained to the rep that the battery drained if the car sat for three or four days and the new battery I had installed did not solve the problem. He took my info and said it would be two or three days to let me know what was needed. I called to check on it Wednesday afternoon and the call went to voicemail and I left a message. There was no return call. Same thing Thursday afternoon. Friday I spoke to the dealership's operator and she said someone would call. The rep that called said it would be another one to two weeks, probably more before they would even look at my car. He seemed annoyed that I called and told me there were more than 30 cars ahead of me and I could take it or leave it and to come pick my car up if I did not like going without my car for weeks. I know the appointment is consultation and repair time varies but 30 cars waiting for service is not right and leads me to believe there is a serious problem with this service department or they did not want to work on my car at all.

Very frustrated with the service at Capital Eurocars Mercedes-Benz. I went in on February 10, 2026 for my 10,000-mile service but had to reschedule because there were no loaner vehicles available. I was told Someone would call me when a loaner became available, but I never received a call. I have been calling him about 5 times every day and still cannot reach him. Very disappointing customer service.

We couldnt have been more happy with the experience provided by Julian Weaver at Capital Eurocars. He is by far the best salesperson weve ever dealt with when buying a new car. He made the entire process easy and comfortable. If you are in the market for a new Mercedes or a pre-owned vehicle, you wont find a better person to work with than Julian.
