| Summary: First, I found the GLE I was interested in on their website, so I called to ensure the car was still available. After a brief discussion I arrived at the Capital Eurocars and was met by Angus, Sales Mgr., who introduced Aubrey sales associate. Aubrey was great, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the GLE, especially all the electronics. They gave me a truly great price on the new GLE and more than I expected for a trade in on my 2016 GLE. Then, the Service Team prepared my new GLE in less than an hour. Before I left Aubrey demoed all the new software functionality available compared to my 2016, and we configured it for me. What a great experience. I purchased my 1st Mercedes in 1981 and have owned a Benz ever since. |
