| Summary: Daniel Hulbert made my car buying experience so great! He had excellent communication, and took me through each step seamlessly to make it as stress free as possible. When presenting me with options, he always prioritized what would be best for me long term, financially, and safety wise. I appreciated his humanity and never felt pressured. He is friendly and happy to help, and he even came in on his day off so I could get the car keys sooner. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. It didnt feel like a business negotiation, more like a team working towards finding the car that was my perfect fit. 11/10 recommend! :) |

| Summary: Terrible service, over priced and not transparent with issues. Nate service advisor is useless wasnt willing to help at all and lies. Steve the service manager was just as bad. Will never come here again. Third honda place that just wants to rip you off and not properly fix your car. Getting rid of my Pilot and buying a Toyota going forward. |

| Summary: Genuinely terrible experience. Been here twice for their service department and never again. I dont normally write reviews but these guys have 0 curtesy and will do whatever it takes to bleed you for every dollar they can. Literally left here and went over to a different Honda dealership 15 mins away and TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. |
