| Summary: I recently purchased a new vehicle from Capital Eurocars. I want to call out Aubrey K. as she was highly valuable throughout the process. I was looking for a specific model and engine which was not commonly available. Aubrey diligently went through records across multiple states to find and then bring in my new vehicle. She handled the process exquisitely from beginning to end. I greatly appreciate the support I received from Aubrey and the rest of the team at Capital Eurocars. Highly recommend this group if you are looking for a new MB. |

| Summary: This has nothing to do with the employees but rather with management assuming that what the employees told me was true. I waited almost 2 weeks just to get an appointment. Upon arrival to the service department there is nobody there to check me in. After finally getting help Im told that they dont have rentals and it would take weeks to get a diagnosis on the car because they are short staffed and have to bring in mechanics. They are either so poorly managed or clearly just did not want my business. Ive been to many Mercedes dealerships in the past but I have never been presented with such impossible choices. How does a service center stay in business if it takes weeks just to get a diagnosis? Makes zero sense to me. |
