| Summary: I am happy to sing my praises for Armando Gonzalez at Lia Honda. When I brought my car in for service I expected a lengthy stay to correct a software issue assuming it would have to be assigned to a technician. Armando immediately investigated the problem and after making an adjustment in System Settings solved it. He then patiently answered several questions taking the time to familiarize me with some functions of the keyless remote that I was not aware of. As well as being highly knowledgeable and professional Armando was friendly and personable, and I look forward to being served by him again. |
