| Summary: We are on car #2 with Lia. What had us coming back was our first experience, and it was working with Alfredo Settembre. So it was to our delight to know after over a year, he was still with Lia! So over this past weekend we worked with him & the wonderful Zahran Zafar, to opt into another lease. The whole process was smooth - from test drive to the drive home. These guys know their stuff. They know the Honda brand well, and we felt great having their support in our transaction. 100/100 |

| Summary: Jill was very helpful in finding out what was wrong with my car when all the computer lights were flashing and my car stopped dead at an Amherst intersection at rush hour. This was two days after I hit an amherst pot hole unseen under snow. Took a while to Dx a cracked radiatornot a computer problemand a longer wait for the replacement part. Jill Fuderic kept me calm through three weeks of no car. |

| Summary: This is our third car purchase with Lia Honda weve been coming here since 2007, and the cars we bought here always lasted. After trying elsewhere and regretting it, were back because the difference here is real.
Alfredo Settembre in Sales made the purchase of our new Civic smooth and stress-free. Honest, knowledgeable, and respectful no pressure, just professionalism.
Desiree Frank in Service was exceptional while helping us with our CR-V purchased at another dealership. She was patient, communicative, and made sure nothing was overlooked. She genuinely cared about getting it done right, not fast.
The real reason we trust Lia Honda, though, is their Honda-certified mechanic. Absolute beast. The level of expertise, accuracy, and confidence in diagnosing and repairing our vehicle was unmatched. This is what real Honda knowledge looks like and its exactly why paying more here is worth it.
You may pay more at Lia Honda, but youre paying for top-tier expertise, accountability, and peace of mind. We wont make the mistake of going elsewhere again. |
