| Summary: We recently bought a new car from Lia Honda Northampton and had excellent help from our Sales Consultant, Jay Brooks! Jay was knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with. He didn't give me a hard time on any of the test drives, which I did get from a sales guy at another dealer. Jay was laid back and didn't try any of the typical high pressure car sales tactics. He seemed to enjoy our appreciation for our shiny new car. Not just because he was making a sale. He sincerely seemed happy that we were so excited. |

It was such a great experience that my older daughter and I just came back and bought cars. Jay goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Hes a great guy. | Summary: Classic bait and switch. Get a letter in the mail saying well give you x amount, come in, oh sorry that was an error, well give you 3.5k less than we said and a higher interest rate than advertised. My car was also parked in a different spot than when I came in; they test drove my car without my permission or even telling me. When turning down a 6% interest rate (advertised was 3.9%) I was told, no one your age gets a lower rate anyways. Friend is the same age with a 3.9% and plenty of others the same. Although Im strongly against the process there Alfredo was a really nice guy! |
