Our sales rep Alex Champagne set the tone by going over and above troublshooting issues with our insurance. faclitating accessory installations and getting our registration and sticker squared away. | Summary: I have had terrible experience here. I brought in my Honda pilot for a warranty covered repair. Ended up with a transmission leak that they said they could not prove they did and wanted to charge $1k to fix. This is not the first time I have had an issue like this with them. I do not advise anyone to bring their car to Lia Honda. Go to Balise Honda in West Springfield. |

| Summary: Chad Olech did a great job explaining everything and made the process seamless. I wasn't sure about getting a Honda but he gave a lot of good details when answering my questions and at the end of it I couldn't think of a reason not to. Next time I need a car I know who I'll go see. Thanks! |

| Summary: When I set out to look at cars I was looking for a used affordable vehicle. I Met with one of the sales people named Chad who took me out on the lot and showed me what was available, while on the lot he also pointed out some new cars and explained all of the different perks to them. Which peaked my interest I wound up buying a new HRV. Thank you Chad for enlightening me of the possibilities of owning a new car over a used car. I'm a happy camper! |
