Clearly this company is having financial difficulties. The attempted upsell at my two most recent visits was ballsy. 2 year old lease has bald tires (0/32)? Hmmm. $900 for said new tires? No thanks. When husband, who could see that I was being bamboozled, called GM (Michael Pitruzzello) to ask about quality rating of new tires & of those installed on my lease when we got it, he took umbrage and cancelled the service that was in progress. If you can't handle hard questions from an upset customer, Mikey, you are in the wrong field. Went to a local small business and the tech said yes, tires should be replaced but they were not bald (3/32 instead of 0/32). I wonder whether the zero in the rating was meant to scare little ole me into dropping almost a grand out of fear. I'll be getting new tires on Monday, and they will cost far less than $900. The service reps are always very competent and courteous (Desiree was great); but they are in the middle, I guess. So disappointed.

I wanted to turn in my Honda for end of lease. I called and salesperson said I could come in anytime. When I arrived they wanted to buy my vehicle as it was in excellent shape, but their offer was so low. When I said I just wanted to turn it in, they said I had to deal with the general manager and he wasnt there. They never called me the next day and put me on hold when I called them. I did most of my service at Lia so this was very disappointing. They obviously didnt know what they were doing. I went to another Honda dealership and they paid me $3000 more than Lia and the process took only 10 minutes and they were so great.

Never buy a car from this place; they don't know how to talk; customer management and the manager are sucky; they are rude and prejudiced. I have really bad experience. Unfortunately, it is said that this dealer using the name of Honda is bad. Hopefully, they should learn how to treat customers the best way.

I had a very positive experience buying a used Honda HRV here. Desean was my salesperson and he was so patient and friendly with me. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions as I test drove multiple cars until I found one that felt like the right fit. Ally in financing was also great and walked me through the process answering all my questions very thoroughly, offering and explaining the multiple options available. I would definitely recommend Lia Honda as a great place to shop for a car I love my HRV!

I received a letter in the mail about a CRV buyback, I had downsized and while the CRV was a great car I just needed more space for my family. I called and was helped by Alfredo from start to finish, he was able to help me find small ways to save money and the best car for my family. He had so much patience with my crazy schedule and I am truly grateful. My next 5 stars go to the financing department, *shout out to* Ally for also having patience with me and my fully explaining all of my options. This is my second car from Lia Honda and I will say my second experience far exceeded my first. I highly recommend the team that I worked with and all my interactions with other staff members was nothing short of wonderful. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Whatever the change was in the last year, they exceeded my expectations.

The customer service response to this was dismal, lacking any genuine assistance or alternatives. To make matters worse, they failed to provide the gift card that was prominently mentioned in their mailer, making the whole experience feel like a case of false advertising.
