| Summary: We walked in and waited with not one person acknowledging us. we waited 10 minutes without a single " I'll be right with you" and they walked right passed us multiple times. I guess they aren't hurting for sales. I was going to purchase a Subaru they have. |

| Summary: Service manager has a giant ego would not listen I went back for a reinspection after getting the check engine light repaired. They did another complete inspection and charged me again. (It shouldve been free) Proceeded to fail my vehicle for something else Which was a slightly damage Plate I got a replacement ordered The DMV said, show them the receipt of the replacement plate. They will issue you a valid sticker Return with that information and Told them what they said He then proceeded to tell me he did not want to do business with me (Being proving wrong rubbed his ego of the wrong way And now his butt hurt) |

I dealt directly with Alex Champagne & can say hes a straight shooter that will get you the best deal for your money. Finance & service department are also top tier- highly recommended! |

| Summary: Michael Whitsett sold me my car and was really great to us. He spoke with me over the phone ahead of time so he could pick out a car that I would like before I even got to my appointment. We were immediately able to test drive the car and I loved it. He answered all our questions and was really considerate of finding me what I wanted. The car he picked out for me was perfect for me. I would really recommend seeing Michael if youre going to buy a car from here. He made sure the whole process went smoothly making buying a car which is usually stressful feel like a walk in the park! |
