I had a very satisfactory experience working with Mr. Marc Genovese (like the pesto, as he said) in order to find me some hot new wheels after my violent rendezvous with a utility pole that decimated my beloved 2007 Honda Accord (rest in peace, Morgan). We test drove several cars and Marc was very patient as I found the right vehicle to suite my needs. I would recommend this location to purchase a car. Ask to see pictures of Marc's dog too!

I have had terrible experience here. I brought in my Honda pilot for a warranty covered repair. Ended up with a transmission leak that they said they could not prove they did and wanted to charge $1k to fix. This is not the first time I have had an issue like this with them. I do not advise anyone to bring their car to Lia Honda. Go to Balise Honda in West Springfield. Update to your response: Thank you for your response Patrick. Actually Olivia from American Honda said that I would have to bring it back to you guys at Lia Honda Northampton for the transmission repair because you did the warranty work. I refused because I will never bring my vehicle back to Lia Honda, even for a covered expense. I did not have an option to have it fixed by another Honda, so therefore they closed the case as a complaint. I stand by my statement, bring your vehicle to another Honda if any type of service.

Thanks, as always, to service manager Desiree Frank for making my recent trip to Lia Honda so pleasant (and of course to the technicians, too, behind the scenes. Desiree is such a warm, welcoming face to greet me every time, and she is a true pro! She never fails to remind me of a service that was recommended on my last visit (and I don't always look at the old paperwork before I make a routine service appointment). And she is more than accommodating when it comes to arranging a loaner car, offering a shuttle, or, if I'm waiting for the service, to tracking me down when my car is ready if I go out for a walk. I have been a faithful Lia Honda customer since 2012, have loved all the vehicles I've owned, but I would recommend the dealership based on my experience with Desiree alone.

Donald Paquette assisted me at Lia Honda Northampton. During a visit for routine maintenance, he spotted a problem with my tire treads. Two of my tires had 0 tread! I planned a long trip, and it would be dangerous for me to drive on these tires. Thank you Donald for speaking up!

Our sales rep Alex Champagne set the tone by going over and above troublshooting issues with our insurance. faclitating accessory installations and getting our registration and sticker squared away.
