| Summary: My mom brought her truck in for service to get its transmission fluid changed for the first time. They claimed the bolt was stripped and they couldnt do the service. This truck has only been serviced with them and they stripped the bolt and claimed they didnt and are now charging her for a new bolt. The quality of service at this location has nose dived downhill. 0/10 do not get service from them. |

| Summary: I had a very pleasant experience with Michael and found a car I liked and we reached a purchase agreement. However, the sales manager stated that Lia Honda has a Pre Purchase Inspection policy in which the inspection cannot exceed 1 hour. I found this strange, since pre-purchase inspections (2-3 hours) are standard practice for used vehicles. The staff refused to accommodate my request. The sales manager recommended a mechanic who could perform the inspection in under 30 minutes I decided to walk away. |

Took my literal 30k cash payment for my car and ever since I bought it and had small issues its nothing but, its on you , take it up with whomever. Its Never, were sorry to hear that lets try to help you. It would have been nice to use different verbiage when speaking even if there isnt anything they could do. If youre not close to this place dont bother buying anything here. Nobody cares to help and nobody there seems to care. Ill leave names out for now. Developing story. |

| Summary: Salesman Alex Champagne was excellent. The car was brought inside for me to look at it in the warmth, on a cold day. The car had wheel locks with no key. They instantly resolved that problem. Easiest best car buying experience. |

| Summary: We have bought two cars here. Those experiences were fine. However, the service department is a different story. At best they are inept, but that feels too kind. It really seems that they are dishonest and corrupt. Every time we have brought our car there, within a week we need to return for a new problem that didn't exist previously. This last time, they replaced some tires. The next day within 1 hour the brakes seized. Either your inspection was inadequate and you put us back on the road in an unsafe car, or you broke something during the repair. They charged us a diagnostic inspection fee ($90), even though they had the car less than 24 hrs earlier. They then wanted $3000 for new brakes. Huh? You didn't see that when the wheels were off, and you want to charge us for a diagnostic inspection. No thanks. I will never use this unscrupulous business again for service. We are going to be replacing this car soon with another Honda soon, but they have lost our business. It's a shame because I would like to keep business local and tax dollars local, but I cannot support them any more. Too bad. |
