Summary: Jay Brooks was my sales consultant at Lia Honda Northampton and I have to say he is a blast to work with. He got me into the most beautiful vehicle on the car lot and made sure we sealed the deal quickly. (The car was seriously so beautiful and such a steal for my preference in vehicles)
This was the first time I have ever walked into a dealership as a single woman, who truly knows nothing about purchasing cars and I felt at ease throughout the whole process.
I felt welcomed by the entire staff and it was mainly because Jay had introduced me in the process by the off chance he wasnt there, I would still be taken care of immediately. (Lia Honda Northampton is fantastic.)
Ally Rock in the finance department took amazing care of me and got me the lowest rate she could find and explained everything thoroughly, no hidden fees!
If I could pick a dynamic dealership duo, it would be Jay Brooks and Ally Rock. Thank you guys! Im so happy and excited about my new car!! :) |

Summary: I rarely leave poor reviews but felt I had to do it in this case. After explaining that my son was on limited time to find a car as it was his only day off, we were told the car he was interested in would be available to test drive - we made sure as it would be over a one hour drive for him to get there. we were reassured, it would be pulled up with the keys ready to go.
15 minutes after leaving to head there, they messaged back saying it was in pre inspection and would not be ready until 2:30, 3pm (this was at 10:30 a.m.) Once my son arrived, he tried to see if he could come back in an hour or two to test drive it, since he had already driven all the way out there.
The salesperson was not even apologetic and just kept saying no. Terrible. Have bought many used cars with my kids and have never had such a bad experience. You need 4 hours for a pre-inspection?? Makes no sense. |

Summary: I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. From the moment I signed the paperwork, there sales team and managers have been unresponsive and unprofessional. When I purchased my vehicle from Chad Olech I was promised a spare key since there was only one that came with the vehicle. At the time he and his manager agreed that they would be willing to order a key for me and said it would be available when I picked the vehicle up. Once the vehicle was ready for pickup after purchase the key way not ready. I was offered free oil changes in exchange for the key but I didn't mind waiting a bit longer, at that point they said it would be maybe another week or so, so I agreed to wait since the key was part of the original deal and certainly holds more value than a few oil changes.
Each time I was given a time frame of when the key would be ready it was not. Calls go unanswered, emails are returned with unprofessional 2 word replies and the staff shows little to no interest in actually assisting there customers once the sale is made. They even went as far as telling me that the sales manager, Patrick Hamel, that I spoke with as a follow up to the poor communication "didn't work there." I have email communications with this sales manager and he is listed right on there website.
A car purchase is a big investment, and I expected a level of professionalism and accountability to match. Unfortunately this dealership has done nothing but prove that they care more about making a quick sale then standing behind there product and there word. I should have known better when I sat down with Chad who sold me the vehicle and he boasted about all the sales he had made that day.
The experience over all has been overwhelmingly disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. |

I worked with Alfredo Settembre who helped me work through the process of trading in my car for a used vehicle that fits my lifestyle. Alfredo went out of his way to make sure my questions and concerns were answered, going above and beyond to give confident responses, and putting in the effort to ensure that the whole process was on track. |
