| Summary: I can honestly say that I don't think I've ever had a bad from the front desk (shout out to Brigette) Sales (Alfredo is amazing) Service (Jill has been my go-to -- literally goes above and beyond for her clients) all the way down to parts and Crystal at the payment desk. I am going on my third car from them and have continued to get my car serviced here; even though dealerships do tend to be more expensive. They really will work with you to get you the best price or a payment plan or a rental for the day or something covered under your warranty. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place and strongly encourage others to check it out. |

| Summary: Desiree Frank has consistently made getting work done at Lia Honda as reassuring, an experience is possible. Maintenance beyond basic oil changes and fluid checks at some places may seem like unnecessary work, but Desiree always takes the time to explain why something is necessary and does a phenomenal job identifying what work is critical for the long-term " health" of the car. The top notch customer service and genuine warmth that she and her colleagues exhibit is why we keep coming back. |
