Salesman Alex Champagne was excellent. The car was brought inside for me to look at it in the warmth, on a cold day. The car had wheel locks with no key. They instantly resolved that problem. Easiest best car buying experience.

We have bought two cars here. Those experiences were fine. However, the service department is a different story. At best they are inept, but that feels too kind. It really seems that they are dishonest and corrupt. Every time we have brought our car there, within a week we need to return for a new problem that didn't exist previously. This last time, they replaced some tires. The next day within 1 hour the brakes seized. Either your inspection was inadequate and you put us back on the road in an unsafe car, or you broke something during the repair. They charged us a diagnostic inspection fee ($90), even though they had the car less than 24 hrs earlier. They then wanted $3000 for new brakes. Huh? You didn't see that when the wheels were off, and you want to charge us for a diagnostic inspection. No thanks. I will never use this unscrupulous business again for service. We are going to be replacing this car soon with another Honda soon, but they have lost our business. It's a shame because I would like to keep business local and tax dollars local, but I cannot support them any more. Too bad.

I am a regular with Lia Honda. Lease all my cars with them. But lets point out my sales person, Alexander Champagne, I am a returning customer with him, but that is because he knows what I want. Working together the first time around he knew exactly what to do. Didnt have me running around and got straight to the point and at the end made everything work. I drove out of there with my favorite car and I couldnt ask for anything more! I appreciate him and Lia for always working with me and my family!

Service manager has a giant ego would not listen I went back for a reinspection after getting the check engine light repaired. They did another complete inspection and charged me again. (It shouldve been free) Proceeded to fail my vehicle for something else Which was a slightly damage Plate I got a replacement ordered The DMV said, show them the receipt of the replacement plate. They will issue you a valid sticker Return with that information and Told them what they said He then proceeded to tell me he did not want to do business with me (Being proving wrong rubbed his ego of the wrong way And now his butt hurt)
