| Summary: I recently brought in my 2009 Honda Element with 232,000 miles for an intermittent, quirky engine issue that my local mechanic could not diagnose where I met Desiree Frank. She was wonderful...welcoming, friendly and professional. She listened intently as I tried to described the problem and transcribed my words into a language that a technician could understand. Although we were unable to resolve the problem (it only occurs occasionally and not when the tech drove it), I still felt the level of service I received from Desiree, as well as the efforts of the technician, was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Lia Honda's service department at any time! |
