| Summary: My experience with Lia Honda was excellent! Thanks to my amazing sales person Mike Whitsett!!!!! He made this process easy and his communication was on point. I got everything I wanted. His service skills were phenomenal! He made sure I was satisfied the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left with my dream car. He was even nice enough to put a BIG RED BOW on my car. As I requested and took pictures of me with my car. Thank you again Mike! You made this experience so memorable for me. |

| Summary: Matthew Verge assisted me with my car service at the Lia Honda dealership in Northampton. He was courteous and very helpful upon my arrival. Even though I arrived early, as my errands did not take me as long as I anticipated, Matt went over the work to be done and costs and what was still under warranty. Matt directed me to the waiting area and made no promises about my car being worked on earlier than the scheduled appointment time, which was fine with me. Once the car was ready, Matt let me know and went over the paperwork. Matt, thank you so much for all your help. |

| Summary: Matthew Verge was very friendly and helpful during my last service appointment. He was able and willing to use recently-bought (and already installed) parts to complete the repair. When one of these parts wasn't suitable, he arranged to buy a replacement immediately from AutoZone so that I didn't have to make another trip from Northfield to Northampton. His assistance was greatly appreciated! |

She was super warm, friendly thorough, and helpful, followed through with emails during the day, got me instant rides to and from my house. Truly a wonderful experience, which is not what I would always expect at a dealership! I will continue to use them - I bought my car in 2019 there and feel they are honest and helpful. |

| Summary: I had a very satisfactory experience working with Mr. Marc Genovese (like the pesto, as he said) in order to find me some hot new wheels after my violent rendezvous with a utility pole that decimated my beloved 2007 Honda Accord (rest in peace, Morgan). We test drove several cars and Marc was very patient as I found the right vehicle to suite my needs. I would recommend this location to purchase a car. Ask to see pictures of Marc's dog too! |
