| Summary: The service delivered from this Dimmitt Cadillac dealership is phenomenal. Our service consultant, Brian Fisher, was prepared, efficient, and extremely personable. He carefully listened to us and crafted our work order, to our needs, perfectly. He then delivered excellent results within his projections of both time and budget. Needless to say he has earned our complete trust going forward. Furthermore, I was very impressed with the overall culture established by ALL of the employees, collectively, at this dealership. Everyone was smiling, nice to one another, considerate of every customer, and genuinely happy to be working there! They all seemed to take pride in the beautiful interior of their showroom and, each, in their specific role in providing total customer satisfaction, TOGETHER! This synergy exhibited by the whole group at Dimmitt is truly remarkable!! |

| Summary: The Service of this dealership is the best in all of the Tampa Bay Area. When we pulled up under the covered entrance area: we were warmly greeted, and both our car door and the entry door to the service desk were courteously opened for us!
Once inside we were respectfully addressed by our Service Consultant, Brian Fisher. He was extremely professional, and prepared with our repair and service options, with pricing that made us confident with the direction of our maintenance plan going forward.
Brian kept us informed throughout the entire process, and delivered excellent results within the timeline promised and the pricing quoted!
Throughout, We were impressed by the thoughtful refreshments and amenities provided in the showroom waiting areas to make your wait very comfortable.
Most impressive, however, was the attitude of the entire group employees. They all seemed to anticipate our needs, and all seemed happy to be working there. I'm convinced that employee satisfaction directly manifests customer satisfaction,
and this Dimmitt Cadillac dealership has achieved perfection in this regard! |

Have to say, Brian was the consummate professional. I have other cars that I take in for service at other dealers, and the experience is normally hit or miss. Not here.
We discussed what I needed to have done, and Brian suggested several options that were available to me. I made the decisions that were relevant to my situation and had the service done.
I also have to say the dealership was immaculate and everyone was super helpful. They really take care of the customer here. That goes double for Brian. From now on, when I take the car in, Brian is my go-to guy. |
