| Summary: I had another great experience at Porsche Riverside. John Beech (primary sales person who I have dealt with for 14 years) and Jeremy Bishop (sales manager) made the sales process a breeze. And Chris Alcocer (finance manager) was incredible to deal with. No high pressure sales pitch, just a can do attitude every step of the way. Porsche Riverside had the largest selection of new cars as compared to any other Southern California dealership, and I found the exact car that I was looking for. This was the 4th car that I have purchased / leased through John and his team - and I cant wait to drive it! Thanks again to you all!!! |

| Summary: This is my third Porsche purchase from Walter Porsche. I live over 50 miles away from this dealer ship and every single time I was looking for Porsche, I chided to buy from Walter Porsche. The reasons are Great customer service and always welcomed me with respect and make sure to Satisfy my request and graving. They do provide all info right at the start so no hidden numbers surprises. My sales person John B. Was not available but I worked with Carlos C. and Jeremy, sale manager. They are both great people and worked out a good deal for me. Also , I am grateful from finance to take his time to explain all figures and guide us through finishing purchase order. Over all great experience and I do recommend Walter Porsche. |

| Summary: If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Porsche Riverside was unprofessional from start to finish. I was actively working to trade in my car for a Cayman and dealing with Rob Owen, one of their sales agents, as well as Jeff Hudson, the general sales manager, and Jeremy, the sales manager. Communication was poor from the beginning. Rob was slow to respond despite multiple calls and messages. Rob explicitly offered me the night to confirm my decision, and I followed through by emailing that same night to move forward. I went out of my way to get an in-person CARFAX appraisal, started the process of selling my current car, and emailed Rob and Jeff that I was ready. On the day I planned to finalize things, I texted Rob and Jeremy before 10:00 am, and at 10:01 am Rob confirmed in writing that he would put everything together for me. By 2:41 pm the same day, I was told the car had been sold.
This behavior is reckless and completely unprofessional. I nearly finalized the sale of my current car and could have been left stranded without a vehicle. To make matters worse, they stopped picking up my calls and ignored my texts afterward. A dealership that treats customers this way does not deserve your trust or your business. Avoid Rob Owen by all means, and think twice before working with Porsche Riverside if you value honesty and basic professionalism. |

| Summary: Always a great purchase experience at Porsche Riverside! My sales rep,Juan Bautista, has helped me get into 2 Porsche vehicles, and he never disappoints. Knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and not the pushy sales guy nobody wants helping them! Jeremy Bishop worked hard on the finance part of the purchase that enabled me to get a good monthly payment and term lease. Chris Alcocer got me in and out of finance in less than 30 minutes. Great professional staff at this dealership which is why I always buy my Porsches here!! |

| Summary: 1 Star Very Disappointing First Porsche Experience
I had high hopes walking into Porsche Riverside for my first Porsche purchase, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
We worked with Juan Torres to buy a Certified Pre-Owned Taycan. At first, everything went smoothly, until they used high-pressure tactics about tariffs and price increases, which turned out to be true the next day, even though their own website said these cars were tariff-free. We had to negotiate again just to get the price from the day before.
During our inspection, we noticed some minor scratches (fine with me), a charger lid issue (which they fixed), and a missing cup holder clip, which Juan promised to fix. But after weeks of waiting, he told us wed have to pay a few hundred dollars for the clip because it wasnt covered under warranty. If they had been honest about that upfront, we wouldve asked them to fix it before taking the car.
I reached out to Jeremy, the sales manager, who said they dont fix cosmetic issues because we got a discount. Thats absurd for a luxury brand. He said hed check on it then ghosted us completely.
Its not about the money its the lack of honesty and professionalism. This kind of behavior is not what I expected from Porsche. I've now read other 1-star reviews with similar ghosting complaints, and I see a pattern.
I was considering buying another Porsche in the future. After this? Not from here.
Avoid Porsche Riverside if you want transparency and respect. |
