| Summary: I had a solid overall experience with Porsche Riverside. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, attentive, and respectful of my time. The process of exploring options and finalizing details was handled efficiently, without unnecessary pressure.
I want to specifically recognize Jayson, Jeremy, and Alexis. They were all approachable, willing to negotiate, and demonstrated strong product knowledge. What stood out the most was their ability to clearly explain the technical aspectsespecially when it came to EV ownership. They took the time to walk me through home charging setup, breaker considerations, and even how to properly use Tesla charging stations with the appropriate adapters. That level of detail made a big difference in my confidence moving forward.
They are also the kind of team that makes you comfortable asking for the smaller perks or details you might normally hesitate to bring upand they did not disappoint in delivering on those requests. That level of customer care really stood out.
While no dealership experience is ever completely perfect, the team at Porsche Riverside made a genuine effort to address questions and provide clarity throughout the process. Their willingness to educate and work with the customer sets them apart.
Overall, I would recommend Porsche Riverside to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional team, especially if youre new to electric vehicles or transitioning into a Porsche. |

| Summary: Ive owned several Porsche Cayennes over the years and have worked with many Porsche dealerships throughout the Los Angeles area. When it came time to lease my fifth Cayenne, I decided to expand my search beyond LAand Im so glad I did. Thats when I connected with Juan Bautista at Porsche Riverside.
Simply put, Juan is the best salesperson Ive ever worked with.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and patient as I worked through getting the best possible deal. In my experience, many salespeople in the LA area take hoursor even daysto respond to calls or emails. Juan consistently responded within minutes, which immediately set him apart.
He also went to bat for me with the general manager to secure a great deal. Once we finalized the terms, Juan even emailed the paperwork ahead of time so that my appointment the next day would be quick and efficient. I truly appreciated how much he respected and valued my time.
Juans knowledge of the Cayenne was outstanding. He walked me through all of the updates and new features compared to my previous model and made sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle before I left.
The entire process was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. I also had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager, Jeremy Bishop, who was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Juan and the entire team at Porsche Riverside delivered one of the best car-buying experiences Ive ever had. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back for my next Porsche. |

| Summary: My Purchase from Javier Parada at Porsche Riverside was a Very good experience. I have been buying cars for 51 years and always dread the back and forth game, inflating the price adding on unwanted extras and services, and then having to fight to get back to the right price. But this deal was perfect. Javier was polite and professional and easy going. He said, I am no pressure, and the dealership is no pressure and the one item that was added to the sticker was immediately removed when I said I was not interested. The car was priced right, was super clean and what I called a Unicorn spec that I would have built myself. The closing of the deal with Sales Manager Jeremy Bishop and Finance Manager Chris Alcocer was also easy, professional and with zero pressure. I did a new car walk around with Porsche Pro Alexis Trujillo. He explained the functions of the car, set up the Porsche App and connected my device to the car...it was a very thorough car familiarization and by far the easiest get-started new car experience. The "White Glove" door to door Shipping was arranged and I even received a video of my new joy being loaded on to the enclosed carrier. I am impressed with how Porsche Riverside conducts business and how the Sales Staff treats the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Porsche Riverside to my friends and family and certainly would return for another purchase. 5 Stars and a Thank YOU from me for a Great experience. |

| Summary: This is my third Porsche purchase from Walter Porsche. I live over 50 miles away from this dealer ship and every single time I was looking for Porsche, I chided to buy from Walter Porsche. The reasons are Great customer service and always welcomed me with respect and make sure to Satisfy my request and graving. They do provide all info right at the start so no hidden numbers surprises. My sales person John B. Was not available but I worked with Carlos C. and Jeremy, sale manager. They are both great people and worked out a good deal for me. Also , I am grateful from finance to take his time to explain all figures and guide us through finishing purchase order. Over all great experience and I do recommend Walter Porsche. |
