| Summary: The customer service is top notch at Porsche Riverside. We have bought three vehicles from Porsche RIVERSIDE. Porsche Cayenne S, and just recently a Porsche Macan. We also bought a used Acura from Porsche RIVERSIDE so technically, three cars from Porsche RIVERSIDE. I loved my Porsche Cayenne S. and had it for a very long time then sold it. Then bought a Ford Explorer and have had it for 12 years. But I always said when I get a new car its going to be another Porsche! And thats exactly what I did is bought another Porsche. I love my Porsche Macan! There is nothing like owning a Porsche and the customer service that comes with it. You definitely get what you pay for. Its like a great bottle of wine or the best top shelf liquor. I like what I like and I always go back to the best! Once a Porsche owner always a Porsche owner. |

My sales team, Carlos Escobedo and Rob Owens went ABOVE and BEYOND for me, they both delivered on an exquisite sales experience through and through!! Rob test drove 4 cars with me until I found "the one" and worked with me on a gazillion financing scenarios until it was the right fit, and has been there to answer my trillion questions with my Porsche lol. On the day of the sale, Carlos personally picked me up to take delivery of my car and beat my expectations on getting me the best deal with Finance. Additionally, the Finance Manager Andy was soooo NICE and made the financing experience seamlessly easy!! I am completely OBSESSED with my Porsche Taycan and beyond the moon thrilled and happy to own a Porsche thanks to this team of ROCKSTARS!! They arranged everything from the notary for signing paperwork in my home to careful shipping, ensuring the vehicle arrived exactly as it left.

| Summary: I have been coming to Porsche Riverside for many years, for service to my beloved Carrera S, and Henry, my service advisor, has always done an outstanding job, keeping my cars' service needs up to date. Recently, I decided to purchase a lease return certified 2024 Porsche Macan. My sales representative was Sherman Sims. Sherman is a very articulate and product knowledgeable Porsche ambassador and he did an awesome job of helping me purchase my Macan, in a most timely and easy fashion. Everyone at this dealership has gone beyond the call of duty, making sure that my needs are attended to, respectfully and rapidly. I commend Eric, the internet sales manager, and Andy, the finance manager, for their thoughtful and professional assistance during my purchase. I have been a Porsche customer for 50 years, and look forward to continuing my relationship with this awesome brand far into the future. Porsche exudes the claim, "THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE", and this dealership proves this claim to be true. |
