| Summary: My sales rep, Charlie Nguyen, was extremely helpful and attentive. He sent me a walk around video of the vehicle I inquired about and answered all my questions within an hour. He also suggested another vehicle that had just arrived at his lot that he thought Id be interested in. I had been looking for a Taycan for a couple months and contacted multiple other dealerships about different vehicles and Charlies customer service really set him apart and was ultimately a big decision in why I decided to purchase a vehicle at Porsche Riverside. I ended up going with his recommendation and am so happy I did! Thank you again Charlie!! |
