| Summary: Rob Owen, Charles White, Andy Bartoli and Evan were amazing! I was an out of state buyer and this team went out of their way to make the process simple and seamless for me. They knew the ins and outs of transferring the car to Arizona, were upfront, straight forward and easy to work with. There were no unknown fees or hidden fees. They were the ONLY Porsche dealer in CA who offered to assist me with an out of state purchase and I appreciated their familiarity with the process. If you are an out of state buyer, Porsche Riverside is THE dealership to work with. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. When Im ready to get another Porsche, Ill fly in from out of state to work with Rob and his team. 10/10 Highly Recommend! |

| Summary: Extremely disappointed due to the sales staff being incapable of doing the bare minimum of being professional and respectful. Insulting customers isnt the best way to earn someones business. I was referred to purchase from your dealer by my next door neighbor Im a local customer who lives only a few miles away and having to take my business elsewhere just because the sales staff is disrespectful is crazy to me. Such a high end establishment and business should have not have guys like Evan Olson underhanded insults. Por guy needs some training with how to speak to a customer and second on how to appreciate his own job and not burn opportunities due to his ego. Costing himself and the whole dealer business. I was committed to driving away with a vehicle and I am now taking my money elsewhere. Best of luck to you guys I really mean it because educated customers will not tolerate anything less than good customer service. |

| Summary: I came to Porsche Riverside yesterday to simply look at some cars. I was considering a certified used 911. After test driving one, I asked to see their new models, just to compare my options. Because I was lucky enough to have Evan Olson helping me, the rest is history. I am the proud owner of a brand new Porsche 911...my dream car, in fact! Evan was so kind and personable. I never felt pressured either way. All he cared about was that I was happy with whatever car I ended up getting. This allowed me to relax and really hone in on what I really wanted. This is my fourth Porsche, and I can say unequivocally - Evan is by far and above THE BEST SALES PERSON/ BRAND AMBASSADOR I have ever worked with. I will only work with Evan from now on - that's how AMAZING he is!
I also had the pleasure of working with Chris Alcocer in Finance. He, too, was so kind and thorough and you could just feel how passionate he is about his job and doing right by customers so that they leave feeling happy and informed of all of their options (maintenance, XPEL coating, etc.). He was also the best!
And finally, a huge shout out to Alexis Trujillo, who gave me my new car orientation. He was patient, detailed, helpful, and amazing in every way. He made sure I was thoroughly comfortable with my car before I drove it off the lot. I appreciated all of his guidance!

| Summary: I had a stellar experience with Evan. He was attentive to what I wanted and bent over backwards to find me what I thought I wanted. lol Then offered me a better deal on an even better car! I spoke with multiple people at various dealerships. Nice guys. But only Evan went above and beyond. The purchase experience was smooth loved Nora in Finance, who gave me personalized service. Then they had a specialist set up the car to my specifications and teach me how to do everything from turning on all of the interior lights to activating launch control or as I like to call it, rocket mode. First time ever a dealership put a bow on my car and took my picture, gave me a certificate to shop in the gift shop then sent me off with a full tank of gas. I will be back! |

Part 2: After I got my turbo gt, my younger brother also wanted a new Porsche and was interested in a new 911 gts. I reached out to evan and he was of course very helpful again; quick to respond answering questions and providing requested info. My brother was quick to make his decision so I came back to the dealership a few days later again with him. The buying experience was as smooth and pleasant as my first time. | Summary: This is follow up to my previous reviews of my experience at Porsche Of Riverside. First let me start out by saying this is a 5 Star Porsche Dealership hands down. I want to acknowledge two salespeople and one finance manager. Let me start out by telling you that Tony Nguyen has been my go to sales guy at Porsche of Riverside. I have previously purchased two Porsche vehicles from Riverside and Tony has been on point with his service and attention to detail every time. He has gone above and beyond while representing this amazing place with class.
I recently went in looking to possibly purchase a third Porsche vehicle. Unfortunately Tony was off that day, but never fear, Evan Olson was ready to assist me. Let me tell you, Evan was excellent, he provided my sons and I with a great shopping experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and was very attentive to what we were looking for. Evan, I also want to thank you for the great video you took of my boys and me driving that amazing car, we appreciate it.
After deciding on our vehicle , we met with the best finance manager ever, Nora Reynoso. Nora is great, very funny and has an amazing fun vibe. She help me close the deal with the options I wanted. In closing Porsche Of Riverside has put together a great team, needless to say I will be coming back when I'm ready for an upgrade. Shout out to Kevin Gonzalez and William Barbaro from Service Department, also can't forget Eric Lafever the Sales Manager, they are always willing to work with us and always treat my family and I with respect.
