This was my first experience with Porsche Riverside and since I live in another state I wasnt sure about how this transaction would work to avoid the California sales tax. Rob Owen was very helpful in sending v... ideos as well as providing financial information and arranging for my documents to be overnighted as well as the shipping of my CPO Macan to Oregon. Also thanks to Emily, Katie and General Sales Manager Jeffery Hudson for the communication. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough in person and more so long distance so the assistance in getting this purchase done really helped. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Porsche Riverside was unprofessional from start to finish. I was actively working to trade in my car for a Cayman and dealing with Rob Owen, one of th... eir sales agents, as well as Jeff Hudson, the general sales manager, and Jeremy, the sales manager. Communication was poor from the beginning. Rob was slow to respond despite multiple calls and messages. Rob explicitly offered me the night to confirm my decision, and I followed through by emailing that same night to move forward. I went out of my way to get an in-person CARFAX appraisal, started the process of selling my current car, and emailed Rob and Jeff that I was ready. On the day I planned to finalize things, I texted Rob and Jeremy before 10:00 am, and at 10:01 am Rob confirmed in writing that he would put everything together for me. By 2:41 pm the same day, I was told the car had been sold. This behavior is reckless and completely unprofessional. I nearly finalized the sale of my current car and could have been left stranded without a vehicle. To make matters worse, they stopped picking up my calls and ignored my texts afterward. A dealership that treats customers this way does not deserve your trust or your business. Avoid Rob Owen by all means, and think twice before working with Porsche Riverside if you value honesty and basic professionalism. read more

Rob Owen could not have been better. He bent over backwards to give us exactly what we needed in order to make it work. They were responsive efficient and we drove away with our new car. They had a great select... ion of colors and models so that within a very short time we were able to make a final decision. We love love love our car. Everything about the experience was excellent. Great show room, fully stocked with snacks coffee and cold water and tons of cars to look at and sit in Thank you for making our dream come true. If you are in search of a car, go here first. Update August 2025: The excellent service doesn’t end when you take delivery. Wow! Alexis at the dealership gave me his cell phone for questions. I texted and he followed up so quickly. And he is sending me by fed ex something I left in my trade in car. That’s above and beyond. Definitely a great place to get a car. Thank you everyone. read more
