| Summary: Outstanding service. Thank you William Barbarro for taking care of my car. I only gave it 4 star because of the maintenance fee is getting really expensive. Other than that, William took care of me. Got me in a loaner which I enjoyed driving. My car was running well when I received it. |

| Summary: My experience started off badly when I dropped my car off for service at Porsche Riverside Service Center. They had originally promised me a loaner vehicle but said they were out of loaners when I dropped off my vehicle. Knowing they would have my car for several days I said that was unacceptable. William Barbaro was my service writer and he went out of his way to make things right for me. He had a shuttle give me a ride home and when they had a loaner vehicle turned in later that afternoon he had someone drop it off at my house. Service like that is unheard of these days and i'm glad to be part of the Porsche family because of this. |

| Summary: This is follow up to my previous reviews of my experience at Porsche Of Riverside. First let me start out by saying this is a 5 Star Porsche Dealership hands down. I want to acknowledge two salespeople and one finance manager. Let me start out by telling you that Tony Nguyen has been my go to sales guy at Porsche of Riverside. I have previously purchased two Porsche vehicles from Riverside and Tony has been on point with his service and attention to detail every time. He has gone above and beyond while representing this amazing place with class.
I recently went in looking to possibly purchase a third Porsche vehicle. Unfortunately Tony was off that day, but never fear, Evan Olson was ready to assist me. Let me tell you, Evan was excellent, he provided my sons and I with a great shopping experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and was very attentive to what we were looking for. Evan, I also want to thank you for the great video you took of my boys and me driving that amazing car, we appreciate it.
After deciding on our vehicle , we met with the best finance manager ever, Nora Reynoso. Nora is great, very funny and has an amazing fun vibe. She help me close the deal with the options I wanted. In closing Porsche Of Riverside has put together a great team, needless to say I will be coming back when I'm ready for an upgrade. Shout out to Kevin Gonzalez and William Barbaro from Service Department, also can't forget Eric Lafever the Sales Manager, they are always willing to work with us and always treat my family and I with respect.
