| Summary: I have had my 911 serviced at Porsche Riverside since purchasing it in 2009. I have always had a good experience with the service people and department but William Barbaro just went above the call of duty. It was a seemingly simple problem as the car would not smog due to the inability to read the sensors. This has been a recurring problem and other folks could not resolve it nor tell me how to resolve it. Upon arriving at the dealer, William noted that the problem, while unusual, could be solved but it would take a couple of days. He relieved my worry with his confidence and expertise fully explaining the issue to me. He kept me informed as to the progress throughout the process and delivered the car back to me on time. He also went out of his way to have the car taken to the closest smog test certification station and had it successfully tested and provided me with the certification. This was a big relief for me. The car came back in great condition and clean throughout. My thanks and appreciation to William Barbaro and Porsche Riverside. |
