| Summary: Purchased a new 2024 Accord hybrid. Experience was one the best Ive ever had purchasing a car. Never felt pressure to purchase the extra add ons that most dealerships try to force on you. Mary was so calm and easy to work with. Great personality and it was like talking with a family member. Mike was also fantastic. We were prepared for the big push on the extra warranty and he was very professional. Such a contrast from recent purchase at a different dealership. This was the second car purchase from Lia Honda and we would definitely consider them as our number one option for our next car!! |
