| Summary: I went in for a quick service after some road tripping. Today I worked with Greg Palm for the first time. He took the time to ask about my driving usage since my last service and asked about upcoming driving plans. He then took the time to review my car's history, asked specific questions, and then made pointed recommendations for today's appointment and inform me about recommendations for service to consider during 2025. I really appreciate how much time he spent with me and with the car's history before moving it along. Greg is another great ambassador for Lia Auto and another reason you can't go wrong with the team of service advisors at Lia Honda, Enfield. |

I need to trust the person I work with when it comes to a service advisor, and Jesse is the real deal. As long as Jesse is there, I will continue to come back. |
