That sort of approach has earned my business going forward for sure. |

First off we were interested in buying a passport at Lia Honda so we put a request in. A couple days later we get a call from a salesman Greg. I picked up the phone call but I was feeding my new born, and we must of got disconnected somehow (hit the end button or no service). Greg then calls us again but left a voicemail saying that was very brave of you, congratulations. The next day I called Greg back and asked him why he left a message like that. He was honest and said I dont usually do that, I was having a bad day. Even if so I would never leave a voicemail to a potential customer. It was very off putting to hear a salesman personally leave a message like that to a customer. We were going to buy from them asap since we need a larger car for our newborn but since we got a message like that from the salesman I would never buy from this dealership ever. I even called to speak to the manager about the situation and they never returned any of my calls or to even apologize. |

As a first time car buyer, this whole process was new to me and could have been very stressful, but Troy helped me every step of the way and took time to answer all of my questions, even when he was not scheduled to work. I am thankful that Troy was able to help me buy my first car, and I would absolutely recommend Lia Honda to friends and family. |

| Summary: Jesse Robles at Lia Honda in Enfield CT is my go to for my Honda maintenance and service. Jesse is knowledgeable, thorough and always helpful. Doesn't run up a bill or use scare tactics. My current and last Honda are both still on the road with many miles left in them, both 100k+ miles. Regular and reasonable service has made this happen. |
