My Service Writer, Greg Palm, always reviews what will be done at that visit, what scheduled maintenance is coming due, the cost involved, and suggestions for keeping my Civic in tip-top condition. He's the best!
It's reassuring to know that when I'm on the road I can depend on my vehicle, thanks to the top-notch mechanics and everyone else involved in making my every visit to Lia Honda a smooth and pleasant experience. I always drive away with smile, and that's not a coincidence! |
