| Summary: I typically prefer buying new cars or used cars exclusively from private sellers, but I had the best experience working with Ash Botello to buy a Mercedes EQB for my parents! From start to finish, Ash made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She took the time to really understand our needs and worked around our timeline and circumstances without hesitation.
What stood out most was how personal and thoughtful Ash was. Ashs knowledge and patience were incredibleshe answered all our questions and explained everything in a way that made us feel super confident in our decision. Would also like to shoutout the rest of the staff, who were incredibly kind and accommodating, as well as the beautiful dealership itself. |
