| Summary: Had a horrible experience with this Mercedes Benz Riverside location. We worked with sales person Ash( Ashely). First thing we inquired about a vehicle which the website showed it was in stock and I called and the rep on the phone confirms it was in stock. However Ash told us this car was no longer in stock and that it was sold. After we brought this up to Ash she smirked and said it was a misunderstanding. We were treated as if we did not belong there. Horrible customer service. |

Thats part of the reason why I asked for her pacifically in purchasing this is my second Mercedes-Benz and I am definitely impressed with it. |

| Summary: Ms. Ashley Botello and Mr. Erwin Artacho are the very best! Ms. Botello prepared my car and drove all the way from Riverside to deliver and took Uber back to the dealership. Ms. Botello made sure all the documents were signed properly and offered to make sure that I have everything I need. . From the very first moment, they treated me with genuine warmth, patience, and care not just as a customer, but as a person. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, answering every question with honesty and kindness. Their professionalism, sincerity, and dedication made what is often a stressful process feel completely effortless and joyful. Its rare to meet someone who combines deep knowledge with such a caring heart. Im truly grateful for their help and will recommend them to everyone I know. |

| Summary: I had an excellent experience working with Ashley at the dealer. From start to finish, they were honest, transparent, and upfront, no hidden fees or surprises. They took the time to explain every detail clearly and how many months left on the CPO warranty. What really stood out was their after-sale service; even after I drove off the lot, the car was missing a cup holder and the tablet. Ashley promptly followed up and made sure I'm satisfied as a customer. It's rare to find a salesperson who truly cares about customer satisfaction like this. Highly recommended! |

| Summary: Drove all the way to this dealership to help my wife find a car. They had both brand new and pre-owned models she liked. Unfortunately, we were paired with "Ash" Ashley and were waiting for a long time. We don't expect red carpet treatment but the whole experience was awful for a Mercedes dealership. Ash spoke to us in a condescending manner as if we were a burden instead of customers. She was unable to answer basic questions about the vehicle and became irritated that we asked, before proceeding to give us a lot of incorrect information. (I later looked online and confirmed with Mercedes). It was as if she expected us to buy a vehicle without service, yet take credit for the sale. Lastly, she was supposed to follow up with us since her manager wasn't around but never heard back. We got lucky and saw another vehicle pop up a few days later at a dealer close to us. So glad we took our business elsewhere! |

| Summary: Shopping for a car is not my favorite thing to do. I've purchased several cars from this dealership It's convenient and close. They're always seems to be some slight hook up or gimmick at the end and of course there was this time. I did save all my text and had the info that I needed available to show them. They ended up honoring it, but I did not care for the general manager. Ashley though was amazing I would recommend her to anyone. She was attentive, dotted I's and crossed t's. She was truly delightful. I would recommend her to anyone. |
