| Summary: I had the best purchasing experience in my many decades of acquiring vehicles at Walter's Mercedes-Benz. Their sales representative, Ash, was extremely accommodating and respectful of my time and I would highly recommend their dealership. It was a no pressure situation that started with an online inquiry, and the deal that was eventually culminated as agreed. And typically I dread the handoff to the finance folks, but they were extremely professional and thoroughly explained all the paperwork. Thanks to Ash and the Walter's Mercedes Team, Santa will be enjoying a new sleigh this Christmas! |

Id like to thank each one of them for that time and effort and also would like to mention Mr. Leonard Baker for his expertise and last but not least Miss Ashley Ive been dealing with Walters ever since I was 17 years old and I really appreciate it and another name Id like to mention is Kevin the manager across the street there at Audi not only will I be returning but I have passed on numerous recommendations to the people at United parcel service in Ontario California. Theres about 15,000 that work out of that building on the corner of Jurupa and Haven in Ontario. They cant go wrong by coming over and seeing you guys at Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside thank you once again guys are really pleased with my purchase and it went pretty smooth. |

| Summary: Had a horrible experience with this Mercedes Benz Riverside location. We worked with sales person Ash( Ashely). First thing we inquired about a vehicle which the website showed it was in stock and I called and the rep on the phone confirms it was in stock. However Ash told us this car was no longer in stock and that it was sold. After we brought this up to Ash she smirked and said it was a misunderstanding. We were treated as if we did not belong there. Horrible customer service. |
