| Summary: My sister and I arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Riverside on 10/1/2025 and was immediately met by Sales Person Ashley Botello. We told her what we were interested in and she was very knowledgeable of all the Mercedes models available. When we saw the vehicle that caught both our eyes, my sister and I immediately began negotiating with Ashley to make a deal. During this process, the agreed upon price was extremely fair and at no time did my sister or I feel pressured to make the deal or even settle on a model that really wasnt our choice. The overall process was wonderful and we immediately felt a sense of trust with Ashley. I would highly recommend the professionals at Mercedes-Benz of Riverside and our wonderful sales Person Ashley Botello. She is awesome!! My sister had a wonderful birthday! |

| Summary: Ash Botello and Rob were amazing. Buying a car can be stressful, and from my experience you spend so much time at the dealership going back and forth. Not here! Ash and Rob asked me what I wanted to see and made it happen no back and forth. The easiest car buying experience. Justin in finance was amazing, no hassling there either. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Also, another thing to keep in mind. I came here with my 7 year old, everyone was sweet with him and made him part of the car buying experience. Ash even taught him how to change the colors of the inside. Ash sat with me and went over the car features and even took a picture for me. Such a great experience. Thank you so much for everything Ash! |

| Summary: Ashley Botello is the real deal,she was so awesome, transparent and honest about literally everything and was so understanding heck she even babysat my annoying kids for few hrs lol while we were doing all the paperwork. Even after everything was done till date she still keep communication and if I need anything done she's always very responsive and prompt. She is awesome man. |
