| Summary: First time Mercedes owner here , the sales rep Armindo T. was amazing . I am soooo incredibly grateful that last minute my original sales rep fell through and Armindo kindly took over the sale for us . He made the process easy, his knowledge for the car , the warranty, the perks of other lil services included was very helpful . His follow up calls and providing us with a detailed report the next day was very much appreciated as well
I had some questions for him about 2 weeks later and he was still available to help me . I wish he was our original sales rep so he couldve received the commission /credit for the sale since he did all the work and engaged with us through out the process , the first sales rep was minimally invloved |

| Summary: I want here to call out ARMINDO TENRIERO. From the moment we got there, he was courteous, interested in us, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained our GLE in every important detail even driving one over to compare white colors side by side. We really weren't sure if we wanted to buy that day - but we did because of this very competant and enthusiastic young man. And then another hour with him in closing [ total about 6 hours! ]to explain how this car works and how to understand all it is capable of.
