| Summary: I've dealt with other Mercedes dealerships, but this specific location definitely takes the cake. My family has been going here for years, and there's a reason why. We were assisted by Chris and he was on top of it! Very accommodating and patient as I was searching for a specific car. He wasn't pushy at all and made our overall experience that much better. He gave the best service - if I could give 10 stars I would. Left with a new car that same night and I am in love with it. Thank you so much Chris!! |

| Summary: Brought a brand new Mercedes and received the highest level of care via internet. I shopped around for the right color and found it at Walter's and inquired about it. Internet salesperson Raul Ayala got back to me and I explained my intended total payment willing to pay for the lease. He had me filled out credit application and got back to me within an hour or two for an incredible and aggressive offer I have seen. Yes, an extremely fair and probably the best offer after I shopped around for days, that I could not decline (I did not even counter offer.) Next step was to deal with trading in my old car and Chris Rios who handled the trade was able to match a third party offer within 30 minutes. Got all the numbers settled with several exchanged text messages, confirmed appt for the next morning and done deal. Financial person Justin Campbell was great in his work, proficient and finished paper works within an hour, Whole process took around 2.5 hours including test drive.
Only hiccups is that on my way to dealer, got a call from another manager (who claimed himself as salesperson) at the dealer, made up an excuse that assigned salesperson is not there until few hours later from my confirmed appointment and wanted me to turn around and go back later. What an excuse when the appt and figures were double confirmed via texts one hour before my departure from home. When I said no deal if I have to drive back and return later, he said OK (fastest OK I ever heard). Hah....Whoever he was, must have been trying to overturn the great deal as promised, wishing I would forfeit the transaction (Internal issue.)
Anyway, reached the dealer and received the same agreement as promised with courtesy. In and out 2.5 hours with a brand new car.

Whoever called me and made up excuses, hoping me not to show up for the confirmed appointment and claimed himself as another salesperson (when I inquired about his name, he hung up.. the conversation was within 10 seconds quick and rush, take it or leave it.) NOT PROFESSIONAL. (SHORT ONE STAR)
Anyway, sales team mentioned above made up as a 5 stars. But you need to do your homework before walking in and definitely save a lot of time for both parties in making a car purchase. In general, it was a very good experience. |
