I have purchased a Mercedes a few months ago. I was very pleased with their service at the time of purchase. But here is my updated review since the purchase. Was very disappointed with customer service with no updates or reason why we did not receive our refund from Mercedes financial services.
09.19.24:
I met with Justin, the financial director at this dealership to sign a document to cancel my extended warranty on the car. Since at time of purchase of the car, the car was still covered under warranty. After signing the document (which I have a copy of), Justin said I would receive a refund in 6-8 weeks.

It has been over two months now. I have NOT received my refund. The refund is for over $5k.
I have contacted Mercedes Financial Service since that is how I was paying my monthly loan. The agent I spoke to said they did not receive a check or document about my cancellation of the extended warranty. He explained to me I would recieve a check from them once Mercedes Riverside sends them a check. Which they have not for over two months after signing that document to cancel. So basically, Mercedes Riverside did not send Mercedes financial services my refund. Again, it has been over TWO MONTHS!!! And the agent at Mercedes financial service that he can't do anything on his own until the actual dealership, which is Mercedes Riverside, sends them a check of my refund.
I went on the Mercedes Riverside website and used the chat service to reach out. No reponse since then when it says and agent will contact me. I also emailed Edwin, who sold us the car. No response at all.

Justin. No answer. So left a voicemail. I have also emailed him.

I have emailed both Edwin and Justin in one email. NO response via email or a call from the dealership, Edwin, and Justin

Called Justins office and left voicemail again. Finally, got a call back this afternoon. He was helpful and said he will follow up what happened. |

After submitting request for quote (ePrice), Edwin Corea contacted me and helped broker deal with Sales manager within an hour by phone.
His uncanny ability to effectively translate customer requirements led to a rock-solid deal below budget !
We arrived the next day, confirmed the deal on paper and drove off with a new GLC 300 a short time later.
Edwin and his team at Walter's exceeded expectation with tremendous professionalism, courtesy, and going the extra mile when necessary.
