We were greeted very warmly, and there was no pressure whatsoever. Eddy Elsayed and Travis Rhodes Took their time and showed us several different models that fit the need we were looking for. We purchased a GLE 350. We got an unbelievably good deal, and some great financing. If you are looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz, dont look any further than here. You will not regret it. They are warm, helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I absolutely loved the experience and Walters. Mercedes-Benz has a customer for life. I highly recommend visiting this dealership. |

This weekend, I completed my third lease from Eddy Elsayed at *Walter's Mercedes-Benz*, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Over the past six years, Eddy has consistently provided a level of service that is unparallelednot just in the car industry, but across all industries.
Eddys knowledge of Mercedes-Benz is remarkable. Whether its about past models, current offerings, or upcoming innovations, he knows it all. What truly sets him apart, however, is his ability to understand each customers unique needs and tailor the sales and pricing process accordingly. Hes not just selling carshes crafting an experience that feels personalized and effortless.
Ive completely stopped shopping at other dealerships or considering other brands, and thats all thanks to Eddy and the exceptional team at Walter's Mercedes-Benz. The transactions are always smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary upselling. They respect my preferences and understand that Im not interested in aftermarket services, making the entire process stress-free and seamless.

If youre in the market for a new or used Mercedes-Benz, I cant recommend Eddiy highly enough. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication to his customers make him the go-to person for a top-tier car-buying experience. Walter's Mercedes-Benz has earned my loyalty for life, thanks to him!Eddy Elsayed helped me with my new Mercedes lease. I typically hate the dealer experience, negotiations, games, bait and switch and up sells. However , at Walter's Mercedes working with Eddy, the experience was the total opposite. Very competitive pricing was offered (without negotiation) from a very knowledgeable salesperson. Eddy is like no other salesperson I have encountered. That is worth reading again! He clearly understood my needs and desires and did his best to meet them at a competitive price. The whole interaction was very respectful,candid and efficient. I believe it may have taken less than 30 mins to seal the deal.
Eddy has been "Salesperson of the Month" at Walters on numerous occasions. After this encounter I understand why. He does sell a lot of cars but always one customer at a time. I never felt rushed and he dedicated his time to educate me about features of the vehicle. He even came in on his day off to finalize the deal since I was traveling in from out of town. I felt like a valued customer and not another car out the door.
If you are going to buy or lease a Mercedes , I would highly recommend you seek Eddy out. I have alrady referred two friends who will be making deals with him in the very near future. |
