| Summary: Ive been a loyal customer at Walters Mercedes for the past two years, purchasing a car and servicing both my G-Wagon and CLA 45 here. The staff is fantastic, and I highly recommend Michael Ramos in the service department. He provides exceptional communication throughout the entire service process, keeping me updated at every stage. His knowledge of parts and mechanics is impressive, and he always ensures the job is completed to a high standard.
For sales, I had a great experience with Iciik
and his partner (whose name I can't recall) when purchasing my CLA AMG 45. They worked out a great deal and consistently followed up, even months after the purchase, to make sure everything met my expectations. I highly recommend both departments for anyone looking for great service and support. |
