From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jon Klempner who patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The entire process was transparent and stress-free, with no pressure tactics. I left feeling confident in my purchase and would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Riverside to anyone looking for a new car. Make sure you ask for Jon Klempner he will take care of you. |

There was no hassle at all. He kept words that were given to us over the phone for the price of the car as well as highest trade in out of all.
Jon was excellent and went out of the way to explain car features and also sent the video of the car prior to us seeing it.
Rob and Jon made us feel welcome to Mercedes-Benz family.
I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family. |

| Summary: I recently bought a Mercedes and brought it to Walter's for servicing. The other dealership didn't set up the Mercedes me app for me so I asked the guys at Walter's to help and Jon Klempner from sales was more than happy to assist. Jon was knowledgeable and professional and made the process very easy for me even though I wasn't charged for his help. I'd hit up Jon if you're interested in buying a Mercedes Benz. I've had good experiences with Walter's Porsche in the past and Walter's Mercedes Benz is continuing the good customer service I've come to be accustomed to. I'll keep going back to Walter's Mercedes Benz. |
