| Summary: I had a great buying experience with my new E53 AMG. I dealt with both Rafael Aribuabo and Erwin Artacho, the dealership general manager. First, Erwin was very friendly, professional and certainly did not feel that he was too important to deal with everyday customers. Rafael was also friendly, quick to respond to any questions or issues and has an incredible amount of product knowledge on seemingly every MB product. There was absolutely no high-pressure tactics by anyone from start to finish and all seemed only interested in getting the customer the right car at a fair price. Quite frankly, the world would be a better place if all car dealers were operated in the same manner that Walters is. Highly recommended. |

Very patient and thorough with his explanation of contracts and the operation of the electric vehicle Ive just purchased. I feel I am very indecisive when Im given too much information all at once, but Jon K.
