| Summary: I cannot say enough about Walters Mercedes. I drove all the way from LA to purchase from them. I purchased my last GLE350 from them and from the same dealer. Morris is amazing and on top of everything. I wanted this vehicle so bad cause I loved the specs. Morris made it happen and Joshua helped us as well, he took us for the test drives and looking at all the vehicles available they are a great team. In the end I'm so satisfied with everything. I love my vehicle. Oh! I have to give a shout out to the finance guy Luis who made paperwork so easy and speedy too. Would recommend if looking to purchase a Mercedes come to Walters. Look for Morris or Joshua. They will take good care of you. For Sure. I even got a blinged out Mercedes hat. Love them. Thank you so much for your help. We love you guys. |

| Summary: Words cant express how thankful I am to have purchased a vehicle from Makhi at Walters MB or Riverside. Makhi was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with the way he offered his experience & expertise, like a real human, not some GREEDY, PUSHY SALESMAN. Makhi, listened to me and made sure he made me aware of all specials and promotions available for what I was looking for.
Thank you to the entire Sales team, Makhi, Lee, Justin and of course the Finance Manager (MoneyMan) that put the final stamp on the deal, Luis!

Makhi was able to provide great customer service and Jeff the general manager was able to work his magic on the price. Luis the finance guy was awesome with finalizing the papers. We were happy and left there satisfied! The team was great! I recommend this dealership any day. |

Those are just a few words that I can share about the sales rep Miguel Mata, and Luis the finance guy. Some of the nicest people ive ever met in my life and genuinely pleasant to be around.
I had no expectations because I went to the dealership before my appointment time and left there with a smile. I am on my 5th benz, and I felt like I left there feeling like a valued customer and that there was somewhat of a loyalty relationship that made everything amicable.
Yes I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase or lease or get some knowledge about how Mercedes works.
I didn't get the name of the manager but he worked with me until we made everything work to my satisfaction.
