The Sales Manager was outstanding too, making the entire process smooth and stress-free as we negotiated the deal. He did not try to push us in any specific direction toward any particular vehicle but simply listened closely to what I was looking for and focused on finding the right car at the right price. Service was timely and we were very happy to complete the deal spending the least amount of time waiting than ever before. Finally, and most importantly, the support during the weeks immediately following our purchase went above and beyond, including answering questions and resolving issues, EVEN on his off-work days. |

| Summary: First of all, no one asked me to write this review. I am just sharing my personal positive experience of a recent purchase of an EQS SUV.
The whole purchasing process in MB Riverside was very pleasant. A shout out to sales reps Raul and Edwin. They are very patient, helpful and accommodating. I spent plenty of time test driving and asking questions, as well as taking photos to send to wife for approval LOL :) I felt absolutely no pressure throughout the whole process. Edwin and the financial manager Lee worked really hard to get me the best rate that other dealership wouldn't even be able to compare. And they reserved the car for me without me asking. Raul had a great sense of humor yet very straightforward and reliable. There were minor issues during the purchase and Raul handled it in a very professional way and most importantly, he's very honest and kept his words and followed up with me after the sale was done. My overall experience with MB Riverside was very positive. All of their employees I met were very friendly and caring. They just did everything right and this should be the way of running a premium dealership. I will come back to them for future services and purchase. |
