I was impressed with her patience in helping my wife in and out of the car. While waiting, she entertained us with stories similar to oursa very pleasant young lady who will go far with her enthusiasm. We will look forward to seeing her again on our next visit. Liliana was truly wonderful to work with from start to finish. She originally responded to my inquiry about a pre-owned GLA, which sold quickly, but in hindsight that moment opened the door to something even better. She helped guide me toward the realization that a new car was the right choice for me, and everything aligned perfectly from there.
Throughout the entire process, Liliana was patient, attentive, and genuinely supportive. She listened carefully to every request and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at each step. She even graciously accommodated my request to take photos with the ribbon on the car, which meant so much to me and made the experience feel extra special.
