| Summary: I was recently in the market to purchase a c class. I was approached by the most rudest sales person, there at Walter's mercedes. Liliana was the sales person, she was extremely rude, condescending, and the most unfriendliest sales person I've ever encountered. I loved the car, but in reality, Liliana made me not want to make a deal. I was pre-approved by my bank. Helpful tip, please hire sales agents who are welcoming and friendly. I was honestly very disappointed in the service that liliana provided. Maybe some additional training would improve liliana's work performance. By this interaction, it was clearly evident that this was liliana's first ever corporate employer. Hopefully, management invests a little more time with this employee, so she doesn't further damage the reputation of such high-quality luxury brand. I've owned several mercedes, I love the cars, but this dealership lacks the customer service skills, that consumers need to be provided with. Once again, I hope management takes the time to invest proper training courses to liliana because it is evident that she lacks the experience, the product knowledge, and the customer service skills to close a deal. |

| Summary: My mom was in the market to buy a new car, and she had been interested in Mercedes for a while, so we came here since it was nearby. As soon as we arrived, Liliana Duran assisted us and was very knowledgeable about all the different car options we were interested in. We ended up settling on a GLC 300 and couldn't be happier. Everyone, including the general manager, sales manager, and finance people, was kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and made the buying process stress-free. Overall we are delighted with Walter's Mercedes Benz. |
