| Summary: Hands down the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Our sales consultant, Iliana, was the best! She was super friendly and knowledgeable from the beginning. The Mercedes we went to look at was already ready for us to test drive when we arrived, which was very convenient and appreciated. My husband fell in love with the car right away! Iliana was an expert when it came to all the features of the Mercedes and where all the bells and whistles were. When she didn't have an answer right away, she was able to ask for assistance from other team members, all they were all so eager to help. Which shows how much of a team this dealership eally is. Ilana was very helpful in answering all our questions and insightful when it came to all the Mercedes options. We are so happy that we chose this dealership and look forward to servicing our vehicle here in the feature. |
