| Summary: Ive purchased from several Mercedes dealers over the years, and Walters has been by far the best experience Ive ever had! The process was effortless, transparent, and completely stress-free. No games, no gimmicks, just great service.
I first discovered Walters through Ashley Botellos social media. Her clients always looked genuinely happy and gave her glowing reviews, so when my lease ended I knew I wanted to work with her. Im so glad I didpurchasing my first EV was seamless thanks to Ashley and her team. Ashley even called me the very next day to make sure I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any questions, which meant so much.
Lee was incredibly patient, walking me through every available incentive and ultimately beating the quotes I received from other dealers. I truly appreciated his transparency and respect for my time. Liliana went above and beyondshe was so warm and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide me through every feature step by step. She set the ambient lighting to pink just for me, helped me set up everything in the app, and showed me exactly how to charge the car. Those thoughtful touches made the experience unforgettable.
My husband was equally impressed and already plans to purchase from Walters in the future.

I called to get a quote for a car spoke with Edwin Corea and end up met Jon Klempner at the dealer, they are both very helpful and professionally answered all my needs. I was at the dealer in and out only 90 minutes got the 2025 E450 for my wife. |

| Summary: I would not recommend this dealership. Manager by the name of Lee is rude and condescending. His lack of professionalism by not being able to separate his personal opinions of me vs a direct sell cost me my time and car that I was interested in. Ran my Credit unnecessarily when approval of my own credit union had been provided to him already. WORST PLACE EVER. Sticking to Mercedes Benz in Temecula where they treat you with legendary service.

I spoke with Rob yesterday and he said he would relay the message to you which I can see he has not yet done so. Reason for two different reviews is because it involved my husband and I . We both had the terrible experience. Glad PORSCHE was able to turn this around for us and we went with a better dealership. |

They didn't wanna let go even though the deal was approved then sold the vehicle the next day didn't let me know. Made me waste two days when I could've gone to another dealership didn't even wanna make it right by price matching another vehicle similar with less options stay away from this place. |
