| Summary: I would not recommend this dealership. Manager by the name of Lee is rude and condescending. His lack of professionalism by not being able to separate his personal opinions of me vs a direct sell cost me my time and car that I was interested in. Ran my Credit unnecessarily when approval of my own credit union had been provided to him already. WORST PLACE EVER. Sticking to Mercedes Benz in Temecula where they treat you with legendary service.

I spoke with Rob yesterday and he said he would relay the message to you which I can see he has not yet done so. Reason for two different reviews is because it involved my husband and I . We both had the terrible experience. Glad PORSCHE was able to turn this around for us and we went with a better dealership. |

They didn't wanna let go even though the deal was approved then sold the vehicle the next day didn't let me know. Made me waste two days when I could've gone to another dealership didn't even wanna make it right by price matching another vehicle similar with less options stay away from this place. |

| Summary: First of all, no one asked me to write this review. I am just sharing my personal positive experience of a recent purchase of an EQS SUV.
The whole purchasing process in MB Riverside was very pleasant. A shout out to sales reps Raul and Edwin. They are very patient, helpful and accommodating. I spent plenty of time test driving and asking questions, as well as taking photos to send to wife for approval LOL :) I felt absolutely no pressure throughout the whole process. Edwin and the financial manager Lee worked really hard to get me the best rate that other dealership wouldn't even be able to compare. And they reserved the car for me without me asking. Raul had a great sense of humor yet very straightforward and reliable. There were minor issues during the purchase and Raul handled it in a very professional way and most importantly, he's very honest and kept his words and followed up with me after the sale was done. My overall experience with MB Riverside was very positive. All of their employees I met were very friendly and caring. They just did everything right and this should be the way of running a premium dealership. I will come back to them for future services and purchase. |
