She took the needed time to get a detailed understanding of my service issues from the servicing technician and clearly explained how the issue was resolved. |

| Summary: Marina Salcedo was my service rep at Walter's Mercedes Benz and she was so helpful and informative. She kept me informed every step of the way and when I had questions she followed up with the mechanic and got back with me. Due to my SL500 being older Mercedes does not make the ABC Pump anymore so I had to get an aftermarket pump. The first ABC Pump came back and was defective so it required another pump being ordered but Marina kept me informed and answered all my questions. i highly recommend her as a sales rep!
