| Summary: Great experience working with Ashley Botello purchasing my recent vehicle. Reached out to Walters MBZ when I found an LRD 110 listed online in the AM. First contact was with one of the sales team, Marcos & later on made arrangements w/ Ashley to see it later that day. Vehicle was ready & I took it for a test drive on the road & freeway. She went over the iPacket docs w/ me afterwards walking through everything step by step. From there, the purchasing process & final docs went super smooth. She answered all my questions in detail step 4 step. Couldnt believe we were done so quickly. Record purchase visit for me at any dealership ever!!!
Also Shout out to Nick at finance as well for going over options thoroughly & wrapping up final docs for my LRD. |

Gio Salinas assisted us with our purchase, he was extremely friendly, patient and professional and we will definitely be coming back to him for our future visits! Nick in financing was also very helpful and answered all of our questions and explained the details of our contract where we felt confident and secure in our decisions. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and we cant wait to come back and upgrade my husbands car! |
