| Summary: I had an amazing experience at Walters Mercedes buying my 300 GLC. This was the first time that I was treated so kindly and they really went out of their way to meet my needs and get me in the car I wanted and not what they wanted to put me to move their stock. Reymundo and his assistant were amazing to work with and he went above and beyond to get me a reasonable deal and was so calm, polite and I felt at ease thru the entire process. He was charismatic and happy thru out entire interaction which created a stress free environment thru this. I cant thank them both enough. The experience of buying this car in California versus Massachusetts where I am originally from was like night and day. The Mercedes dealer I was forced to go to since it was the closest were rude and condescending and after treating me horrible, would leave me a message saying I was difficult because I would advocate for myself. Reymundos assistant who was also very kind, pleasant and very knowledgeable- actually took the time and explained all the features to me something not done on my last purchase. He answered all my questions through our test drive and tried to help

Also I wasnt to say Oscar in service was amazing when the told me about my car which was the reason I traded it. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and as soon as I got the news went out of his way to help make this purchase by setting me up with Reymundo. The technology of actually filming this and showing me the issues was amazing. Even the ladies at the desk for the loaners were pleasant, funny and easy to work with. Such a great experience I would suggest to anyone if youre interested in buying a Mercedes stop by Walters and ask her Reymundo. |
