| Summary: My husband and I recently met Rafael Aribuabo over Father's Day weekend at Mercedes Dealership at Riverside as we were interested in looking at a few electric vehicles at the dealership. Rafael was friendly, easy to work with, and very professional and knowledgeable about the various models and available inventory. We first went in looking at one specific model, but after talking to him he provided other options that better suited our needs. I appreciated his honesty and transparency, and enjoyed his no pressure sales approach so we can take our time to consider our options. After additional considerations, we purchased our first Mercedes with him last Friday!
He made the entire process fast and easy, and we are very happy with our purchase and loving our new car! I would highly recommend Rafael to anyone considering a new Mercedes! |

Raphael was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, I basically bought a car from the comfort of my bed. Raphael did all of the hard work and called me to come down when my new vehicle was ready to go! | Summary: Rafael made sure i got the last 2024 GLE 63 in the state. Signing papers only took 30min. Yes 30min. Fastest process i've had at a dealership. They had everything prepped as i asked. My first Mercedes after 3 BMW's and it will not be my last! Justin the Financial Director is also top notch. His math skills might actually be better than mine and he will make sure you get the best deal possible. Absolute great experience working with these 2. |

| Summary: Rafael Aribuabo was the Sales Person who sold me my Tesla Model Y. He was awesome and easy to talk with and negotiate. It was the smoothest, pain-free transaction I have ever had.
Justin in Finance was exceptional as well. Signing documents was a breeze. He gave honest recommendations and applied his own personal life situations that helped me out as well.
I would have no problem returning to Walters Mercedes Benz of Riverside for my next vehicle.

| Summary: We got a CPO MB E350 sedan. Our sales consultant was Rafael ARIBUABO and the transaction was smooth and fun. Although car buying is seldom a fun process, Rafael and the finance manager made it easy and fun. There are other flashier dealerships closer to home a la Fletcher Jones. We preferred to drive a little further for a good experience, rather than having to deal with high pressure and unpleasant sales tactics. This was our second experience with Walter's dealerships. The first was at Walter's Audi.
If you are in the market for a Mercedes, ask for Rafael ARIBUABO. You will be well taken care of. |

| Summary: I had a great buying experience with my new E53 AMG. I dealt with both Rafael Aribuabo and Erwin Artacho, the dealership general manager. First, Erwin was very friendly, professional and certainly did not feel that he was too important to deal with everyday customers. Rafael was also friendly, quick to respond to any questions or issues and has an incredible amount of product knowledge on seemingly every MB product. There was absolutely no high-pressure tactics by anyone from start to finish and all seemed only interested in getting the customer the right car at a fair price. Quite frankly, the world would be a better place if all car dealers were operated in the same manner that Walters is. Highly recommended. |
