I brought my car in two weeks ago for an ongoing service issue, due to a third party mechanic failing to do his job, and was given some unfortunate news regarding costly repairs, after having already paid quite a bit to the outside party mechanic. I was stuck in a pretty bad and very stressful predicament and unsure of how I should move forward. My boyfriend was the main one handling the communication between ourselves and the staff at Walter's, and I can confidently say every single person we were in contact with was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the two weeks my car was in their service department. Between Ross and Tyler in the service department, to LeNard and Daniel in sales, and Erwin the GM, every single one of them was amazing. My boyfriend and I came in to the dealership today to figure out what we could do about my situation, and ended up leaving with a beautiful, brand new car. Erwin went above and beyond to help us figure out the best route to go and was incredibly patient and kind the entire time. He worked with us and helped us find the best car within our price range and helped us get out of a pretty bad situation with my now last car. I cannot recommend Walter's Mercedes and their amazing staff more, incredibly grateful for each and every one of them who helped us!

We had received a notice regarding a recall so we called to make an appt. We were greeted by Ross who explained what would take place. He escorted us into the lounge and made sure we were comfortable. While the car was being taken care of Ross would check in with us and let us know how it was going. The car was washed and returned to us. Ross also answered a couple questions about the car itself. Our visit and service was excellent.
