Ashley was one of the most knowledgeable and patient sales reps Ive ever worked with and I am very grateful for her time over the course of my decision. Management, especially Rob Little, was very involved in every stage and handled a great deal of this process. Its very clear all sales reps are supported for the clients best interest. Rob made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He was very professional, honest, and took the time to explain all my options so I knew exactly what I was getting.

| Summary: The moment we walked into the dealership and saw John Perez, we knew we were in good hands! He greeted us with a smile and right away we felt he wasnt what some stereotype as the car salesman. He was very nice, very patient, listened to our wants, and took his time to explain everything thoroughly.
We wound up leaving with a G Wagon and we are so excited we stopped in. We will always come back to this dealership and work with John Perez, Rob, and Gulam. Such a stellar team of people. If you are looking for a Mercedes this is for sure the dealership and the people to work with! |

Nolan, Raul, and Rob in sales then Luis in Finance. All top notch! We made this purchase from another state and flew in to drive car and purchase. We were picked up at the airport and everything was ready - the car even had a bow on it. |

| Summary: Ash Botello and Rob were amazing. Buying a car can be stressful, and from my experience you spend so much time at the dealership going back and forth. Not here! Ash and Rob asked me what I wanted to see and made it happen no back and forth. The easiest car buying experience. Justin in finance was amazing, no hassling there either. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Also, another thing to keep in mind. I came here with my 7 year old, everyone was sweet with him and made him part of the car buying experience. Ash even taught him how to change the colors of the inside. Ash sat with me and went over the car features and even took a picture for me. Such a great experience. Thank you so much for everything Ash! |
